The custard was great, the fish sandwich not so much. The filet itself was good, but there was something off in regards to the cheese. It was gritty and unpleasant. After a few bites I decided to cut my losses. I tossed the sandwich in the garbage, grabbed my custard, and hit the road.

Oh man, where to even start..you know what they say, you only leave reviews if you had a terrible experience but rarely when you have a good one.
It was my first time going to Freddy’s, and I’ll say this: I wasn’t disappointed. The burgers were fantastic, but what left an impression on me was how amazing the customer service is. As soon as I walked in Roy greeted me with a warm welcome, with Karen greeting me shortly after. They took amazing care of me, and as a fellow restaurant worker I can appreciate great customer service. I didn’t have to wait and beg for service (I’m looking at you, McDonald’s), and Roy gave me some tasty recommendations.
I’ll definitely be coming back to Freddy’s, specifically this location because although I’m sure the burgers are all great at all the locations I know I’ll be able to count on the team here to take care of me.

The restaurant at 4059 N. Loop 1604 West in San Antonio was VERY busy, but despite 2 employees not bothering to show up, the limited crew was working very hard to man all the stations, serve the customers, and get food out ASAP. They were courteous, thoughtful, and were working as hard as they could. Those employees should be commended and rewarded for that work, and the ones who didn’t bother to show up should be canned immediately. I have no affiliation with any of the employees, I am just recognizing their work ethic.

I love Freddy’s never had a bad experience until today. Got a triple meat with bacon for lunch , paid $18 and received the driest burger I’ve ever had. Bacon looked raw and old as well. I’m really disappointed because I know yall do better than this and can’t believed yall sent this out.

Me and my family have been coming here for 5 years and tonight was by far the worst night whole tomatoes were found in me and my wife’s sandwich the burgers seemed flavorless and the young man with curly hair and goatee short light skin complexion it was very rude to my wife we will definitely not come back here ever again

Best location we’ve ever been to! When we ordered our food with Chris, it was a great experience and he was very helpful. Then Charlie and Gio made our food in the back and everything was absolutely amazing. It’s so hard to find good service these days but this location has it!!!! Can’t wait to come back!
