It was my daughters Birthday and the staff at this Restaurant made sure that she felt very special!!! Our experience was excellent from start to finish!!! Our waitress Sabita was one of the nicest, and overall fantastic waiting staff we have ever come across and we have traveled quite a bit!! Fresh, well-made brunch with generous portions and great presentation. The avocado toast came on thick toasted bread with soft eggs, ripe avocado, tomatoes, and microgreens. The pancakes were fluffy and stacked high with strawberries, mango, blueberries, and mint. Everything tasted fresh and came out as ordered.
Kim took great care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in at the right times and kept the experience smooth from start to finish.

We stopped in for a glass of wine and the staff and atmosphere was so nice we decided to go back for dinner. The food was amazing and the portions were really big. Our server was brilliant she gave recommendations and really went out of her way to accommodate us. Thanks so much to Harneet!! We will absolutely see you again!

The food and service in Fiorella was amazing! My waiter Fahad was so attentive and lovely. He made sure I was looked after and that my wine glass was never empty! I would definitely recommend you come to Fiorella if you are in Lisbon!! The food is delicious

5 star experience provided by our host Kim. We were seated quickly without any wait, enjoyed the beer and the strawberry cocktail which was lovely.
Went for the margarita pizza and pasta arrabiata which tasted great. Kim had all the condiments ready for us in advance.
Location is great, just opposite the Rossio fountain. Many tables have gas and electric heaters to keep the guests warm.
Portion size for the pasta is a bit small considering the price.

It looks amazing with the flowers on the ceiling and the beautiful interior. Sabita served us and even sang the happy birthday song for our daughter The food was also really delicious!

We have been on holiday for the last two weeks from Paris, Madrid and Lisbon. This is the only place that we have eaten at twice in our very short stay in Lisbon. We were blessed to meet our server. Harneet! She greeted us as if we’d been here more than we had! Her service is impeccable. The food is outrageously fantastic!

We had some lovely drinks here off of one of the squares in Lisbon during happy hour – only 5€ for the drinks on their happy hour list which had a good variety. We had the Nutella waffle too which was huge and very tasty. Fahad, our server, was very attentive and helpful. Would recommend.
