By far the worst location in Lansing! Incredibly long wait times, food is always incorrect. Around a week ago I ordered at the kiosk (they never come take your order inside) and it took 40 minutes to get my food. The lobby was filled with people who also used the kiosk and placed an order to go or dine in and some even placed their order before me and I got mine first . If you’re in a rush I’d say avoid this location.

I asked 3 different people to make sure my sandwich had no onions. Not only did it have a ton of onions but it was also very sloppy and just thrown together. My disappointment really shouldn’t be this high since I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Also, my burger is not fully cooked.

Unless I got lucky on this round With all the negatives that I’ve been seeing here this is probably one of the second best McDonald’s, as I’ve ever eaten at in the lansing holt I had ordered two double cheeseburgers and my burgers are usually Dry and salty, but these double cheeseburgers tasted like they were the cook to order burgers. Was on point and probably had some of the best quality. I’ve tasted from any McDonald’s in a while. Whoever you guys had working today around 2pm good job on the food. Wish all the other mcdonalds in the are could have good quailty like today

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes only for them to not even take my order me, so I pull up to the window and they refuse to take my order again, as well as that there was two people standing outside smoking, mind you no one was there they were not busy and everyone who was behind me in line had left never recommend going here !

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. The employees act like they dont even care and So Rude!. I ordered lunch through the web site, prepaid and chose Curb Side. When I register which spot I’m in the site stated food would be there 2 – 5 min. At 8 min and still waiting I enter the restaurant and find 4 people including the manager standing in a group. At first no one even acknowledged me then when I explain I was waiting for my food for way longer than it stated, they all looked at each other like they didn’t know what they were doing.literally Shrugged and said they must of missed the order!! What?!? Instead of apologizing and giving me the food the manager acted like it was a normal, no apology, Treated me like I was causing a problem. I asked for a refund and left no food! No lunch for the day! Not a good experience and not treated well. Don’t even bother spending your money here drive a couple miles down the road and get better treatment Anywhere Else!!!

Slightly busy drive through but the guy taking the orders was rude and cuts you off. Tried ordering, he automatically put it as a large meal and told me I was getting barbecue sauce then without asking if that was all, he tells me my total and switches to the other speaker without allowing me to get a single word in. Instead of wasting your time here go to the McDonald’s Jolly and Okemos 2 miles away.

My husband and I have stoped their twice to dine in. The last time the Manager John was very rude and loud with the employees! Also note only 3 people in the dining area waiting for their food. I wait almost 10 mins for John to take my order because I did know how to use the automatic food order prep thing. So anyways today same and worse experience with Mananger John. John refused to take my order until “he was all caught up!” Manager John was also not following Serve Safe Rules as I waited. Definitely will not be going back!

Easily the worst McDonald’s in Lansing and that’s saying something.
No ketchup anywhere in the store? Not the machines or packets? How is that even possible.
Super soggy old fries. Ordered at the counter and still old food. Dr Pepper was super watered down and flat. Wild for the product to decline so greatly.

Manager scammed me in his haste “get the line moving!” Charged $18 for a $6 order when I tried to get it fixed he would only refund me $6. In his haste to “keep the line moving” he refunded an unrelated $19 order and tried to act like I came out ahead because of it. I gave up and took the $6 he gave me so I wouldn’t have to explain it for the fourth time. Ended up paying $12 for $6 of food. He was rude and questioned my intelligence while proving his own.

October 15th I ordered and the store was closed. I am trying to get a refund for an order that wasn’t fulfilled by a restaurant that was closed on the day the app took my order and the next day they took my money. I was told the first time I visited the restaurant that it would be refunded in 2-3 and to talk to my bank. The second visit was after 10 days, I was told by the restaurant to talk to my bank. I talked to my bank and they said all I could do is 30 days after file a fraudulent case. The app says talk to the restaurant. I am tired of going around in circles trying to get back 30 dollars from a billion dollar company. I shouldn’t have to chase down MY money to chalk it up as a loss. 1. If it’s an RA number or whatever, showing the order was never picked up, then WHY wasn’t it cancelled if it was never made. 2. Why was the app taking orders if the store wasn’t open because the parking lot was being repaved? How many people and door dashers got screwed over? I think it’s ridiculous that I have been to the restaurant twice, and will now go up there a third time to talk to a different manager since the first manager is no help. Nor has my card been refunded 24 hours, 2-3 days, and now 11 days later still nothing but the run around by the company. App says talk to the restaurant, restaurant says talk to the bank, bank says it’s on McDonald’s end, 45 min.s on hold and told to leave a message on the website. So here we are. WHERE IS MY MONEY?
