This place came across my Instagram and we had to come check it out. My kids love sushi and we were so intrigued by the secret menu. We arrived on a Sunday at 6pm….it was packed. One of the owners was the one taking the orders and he suggested the must haves: Corn dog, egg rolls, fries, tacos and hamburger. And it didn’t disappoint! Love the creativity of this menu!! We didn’t try any of the regular sushi….but we did try the orange chicken. Everything was so good. The service was great as well. The owner came up to us a few times to chat and talk about the menu and he was just so excited to share. He was very attentive even with a busy line.

The sushi was everything we hoped for after looking through the reviews and delicious looking pics. Matt was great at the counter for our first time. He was helpful to make choices, kind and even gave our daughter a little gift for her birthday. The tacos weren’t traditional sushi but such a fun play on tacos! Everything we ordered was a great value and we will definitely be back.

So my lady told me about this place because it apparently was getting popular on TikTok. I normally wouldn’t care much but it being in Southlake I had to try it. This place is worth the hype. Everything we got was good. The poke bowl was fresh. The sushi tacos were also super good. The “tortilla” tasted like a fried bao bun. Which it most likely is if I was to guess. Then the macaroon ice-cream sandwich was also great. To top it off the staff was super kind. Definitely recommend and I’ll be going back again this week.

THE BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The sushi burger is a MUST HAVE. I will say, it is extremely busy and a small venue so if don’t want to wait I would order ahead for pickup. On the other hand it is 1000000% worth the wait. I will be a frequent customer! Loved it.

Sushi Tacos are definitely a must have when visiting- with a satisfying soft crunch from the fried bao, delicious and addictive fillings of the crab salad, shrimp tempura and just the right amount of sauce that’s not too overpowering, we wanted to order more!
The Shaggy Specialty Roll had similar ingredients to the tacos and was just as delicious!
The Dojo Sampler was also a great way to try each of the appetizers and our favorite out of the three was the shrimp dumplings
Service was very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu and offered recommendations, so no need to worry if you’re unsure about something ☺️
‼️Do note that the macaron ice cream sandwiches are made with almond flour for the macarons! (We asked to make sure ) So please be careful if you have an allergy- they do seem pretty yummy though if you are able to try them out
Restaurant had a really fun and welcoming vibe, a little cozy for indoor dining with a bar if you’d like to watch your food be made right in front of you, though limited seating quickly when it gets busy (there’s also outdoor seating available). Large menu on display above bar, small menu on the bar and QR code menus to scan at each of the tables

Food is incredible. 100% worth the hype/tiktok virality. Service was incredibly quick despite me coming in mid lunch-rush. Staff is very friendly and the owner seems like a very down to earth guy. He’s very clearly proud of this place and passionate about what they do here. After managing restaurants for years, One of my biggest fears with any sushi establishment is cleanliness but i watched the staff wash their hands every time they should’ve, plus the kitchen looks very clean.
100% recommend and it has earned a spot in my dining out rotation.

Our visit was on Saturday at lunch time. Thankfully we got there at the beginning of the rush. There’s a lot of tables on the patio but it was too warm, so we sat at the bar. It’s limited seating inside and they ask the customers to kindly keep the meal to 30 mins. I love how they do that.
The menu isn’t too big but we already knew sushi tacos were on the menu for us that day. We added an order of shrimp dumplings, one inch punch (delicious tuna), bang bang shrimp. They delivered it pretty quickly and it looked so spectacular I was afraid to take a bite. The sushi tacos had one of the best presentations I’ve ever seen.
Well, the taste blew us away. First of all, that sushi taco was an explosion of taste on every bite. I could have eaten several more. They killed it with this!!! We loved the two sushi rolls because they casted fresh and had just the right amount of seasonings.
This will be a new sushi go to for us. Even if we have to drive 25 minutes from Fort Worth. Just go early or you’ll sit outside.

This placed is tucked in and you could drive right past it if you weren’t paying attention. Don’t let the size of the place deter you! It is small, with only 4 tables inside and a couple seats at the counter. There is also ample seating outside on a nice day.
The tacos were delicious. Very different than anything I have ever had. They were messy and hard to eat. Very difficult to get a little bit of everything in one bite.
The Shaggy roll was delicious and enough to share. The seaweed salad was a good portion. It had a snap to it and a sesame flavor. It was very refreshing. The dumpling were also good as well.
The service was great and quick and everyone was super friendly.
This is my second time coming here. Try the desserts! They are great.
