That BLT toast was off the chain, chili tots would have been better if they’d made it as ordered, but there was some static in the order machine. Prices were reasonable and service pretty quick.

I ordered 3 ocean waters and when I got home when I took the cups out I realized there was a slit in each cup and it poured out the bottom. Wasn’t that mad cause it happens. Besides that the food was awesome. But next time my drinks better not all spill out the bottom

Every time I order ahead, I show up to get my food, checkin and the screen says someone is on the way with my food. And I always wind up sitting here for 30-45 minutes after they show someone is bringing my food on the screen. Ordered at 6:12, arrived by 6:26, screen showed someone was bringing my order at 6:29, the current time is 6:53 and still have not received my food. Very disappointed with the service at this place. They do this every time I come here.

Placed an order on the app while in the drive thru since it’s easier for my hard of hearing father that way. We immediately pressed the button after ordering to let them know we were here. We were then promptly forgotten for 40 minutes while the location wasn’t busy. We had to remind them we were there and they brought out the melted slush and cold food. When we tried to complain to the waitress about it, she just walked away ignoring us.

I had problems with the app. I’d click the button to finish the order. The button changed color for a bit. The order would not complete. I asked if I could still get the discount ordering person to person. They said no. I asked if there was another, a manager who could grant the discount. I ended up paying an extra $4.
Then when I arrived home the large tots was missing quite a few. I’ll post a photo. I have no idea how this would get in the bag without doing it on purpose.
I think I’ll not be using this sonic for a while. I may be using any sonic. This is sad because I was buying almost weekly.

I have never had a truly bad experience at any Sonic Drive In and i visit quite often to different ones in multiple cities. I think a forgotten straw or ketchup packet is the worst thing I can say I’ve had happen to me. Is it luck that they have all been pleasant or downright happy? Or are they trained to be such employees? Either way, I love the way they have presented themselves. I am a big fan of this chain!! I love the food and atmosphere!! Thank you Sonic Drive-In!! I love your French toast stix, coneys, corn dogs, crispy fries, tater tots, mozz stix, cherry cokes and anything chocolate you serve, esp the cheesecake Oreo shakes!! Keep doin’ whatchur doin’!!

Not a huge fan of this location. I have been here on several occasions and never once have I been able to get here, get my food and leave within a timely manner. It usually averages 20-30 minutes regardless of the time of day. I can understand bigger orders but a drink and a order of mozzarella sticks really shouldn’t take that long. On the plus side, the staff is kind. I’d still recommend to anyone to probably drive to one of the east side locations. Depending on traffic you could probably go to the east side, get your food and come back to the west side faster than you could get your food here. I am writing this as I’ve been here for 14 minutes now waiting just to get my order taken.
