We ordered at the counter, received our food, and got on the highway. Three miles down the road I opened my fish sandwich to find the top bun was crushed and DIRTY, as if it had fallen on the floor or grill. Unless blind or working with their eyes closed, the employee that boxed this fish sandwich MUST HAVE SEEN the condition of the bun. Since we were already on the highway I did not return to address the problems with the manager. I will NEVER return to this restaurant again. AWFUL!!

Bad quality McDonald’s, even for McDonald’s. The floor was literally a hazard with how greasy it was. I would encourage no elderly or disabled people to walk around in here. It’s raining a lot lately and there are no rugs by doorways so it’s a wet floor walking in, and then ridiculously greasy the rest of place. Stood at the counter to have my order taken for a few minutes before I gave up and ordered from the kiosk. Food came out quickly but was very, very greasy and overdone/tough. My party’s order that we met here took forever to arrive and was missing things.

The food is just meh. Quality has really declined over the past 5 years while prices have not declined. This particular location is not clean and the floors are so greasy it is a fall hazard. Food was slow to come out (15 min) and the order was not complete when it did arrive. Kiosks are very slow and cumbersome to order with.

I have the app and used it regularly. Ive had an issue with my order a couple times and was given the food I was missing by a professional staff. Tonight was a completely different story. You know as well as I do McD fries are good for approx. 29 min. So when they missed the 20 piece, 4 piece, chicken sandwich we asked for fresh fries on an almost $60 order. This manager was not only unprofessional, he was quick to inform me it didn’t matter if we filed a complaint with corporate cause they weren’t corporate and at the end we still never got the 4 piece, any sauces or ketchup and my wife and I ate cold sandwiches, fries and flat sodas because we had to wait over 20 min in the parking lot for them to screw up the order the first time…over and hour and a half total…this manager IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL…and Im still calling corporate as well.

Several year post covid, and this store still has service like there’s only 3 people working. Can’t take an order in a timely manner. Can’t make an order in a timely manner. Can’t even make an order right to save their lives. Ask for extra pickle…be lucky to get any pickles period. Always asks to pull up and they will bring it out. 10 minutes later, its not even fresh. It’s cold soggy and 9/10 wrong. This place needs new ownership to whip it into shape or something, because these people dont even care. $14 an hour for this? No wonder the world is going to crap with a work force this lazy

Ordered on the app. No cars in the drive thru when I got there. Still had to pull forward. The big Mac had one big Mac patty, and one small patty. There was no lettuce on it. I paid for extra pickles….didnt get that.
And the snack wrap I ordered to take to work with me for lunch was drowning in sauce so the tortilla was goo.
And I dont blame the workers. I bla.e McDonald’s for treating their workers like expendable cattle. Because that is a very difficult job for low wages and no benefits. And society treats them like 2nd class humans. I would probably feel the same way about the quality of my job at work if the company I worked for care about me.

Did a mobile order tonight only to get to the window and then tell me they couldn’t do my drink which was a lemonade, so I asked for my upcharge refunded on the drink, I should’ve still received a regular drink and I went inside to dispute it and the manager wouldn’t even look at me…what is the requirements at this restaurant a mirror test to see if they can breathe? If I ordered the meal as is..it came with a drink…but then an upcharge for the lemonade…which I paid….if the upcharge is refunded my meal still should’ve came with the drink it originally would have if I paid for the meal price….the manager was very rude and disrespectful and I will not be back to this location, also if this item was unavailable why is it available on the mobile app? Seems like someone isn’t doing their job

This is by far the worst fast food experience I have ever encountered. This McDonald’s is disgusting. I brought my daughter in last night for a 6 piece happy meal and I got a small fry and a cheeseburger. For starters there was ice cream all over the floor in front of the shake machine. 2 not one person greeted us, 3 no ketchup in the lobby and when I asked an employee for ketchup they apparently were out, 4 they gave my daughter ranch when we asked for sweet n sour, 5 why did it take 20 minutes to get our food? 6 employees joking around and yelling in the back, 7 the tables and drink station was absolutely disgusting, 8 my daughter and I split my little cheeseburger because her nuggets were absolutely disgusting and finally when they left our bags on the counter and said table 30 they didn’t have our cups with it, when I asked for our cups and my daughters toy I sensed a bit of an attitude. As a manager I would be completely embarrassed if my business was ran this way. Unacceptable!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The food is ok depending on when you go. I dined in today. The food was hot and fresh.
The service is not the best. The employee brought my food, but I had to go to the counter to get my coffee.
The lobby, for the most part, is cleaned. The bathrooms could use some work, however.
If you need something, I would still go. Just be prepared for a slight wait.

I Ordered a mobile order at this McDonalds on page ave, Jackson, Mi on 10/5/25 at 6:50am on way to a softball tournament. We discovered at the tournament that All three of our breakfast sandwiches were burnt black like charcoal. The workers had to see this and know how poor the quality was to sell. We threw away the sandwiches and ran to subway near our tournament to get breakfast. I will never stop at this McDonald’s again and recommend all my friends and family to stay away. Lots of people at the tournament seen how badly burnt they were as well. I will continue to spread the word about this McDonalds
