I must admit, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. (Not the pizza though) Every other dish we ordered had deep and authentic flavor. However my partners pizza was a bit disappointing. Not too much cheese as we like it, and just didn’t taste as good as other pizza places we had in Rome and other places in Italy. The cuttlefish fish with black ink was interesting and with flavour.
The Gnocchi was AMAZING! The Calzone had a perfect crust and was very filling.
The service was good as well; professional. Would recommend this place to others for sure but not for the pizza.

Nice little restaurant with great food and great service. The fried seafood platter was nicely seasoned and very well done. Pasta was also excellent. Will strongly recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet place to chill

Amazing restaurant. The service is very nice and polite. They regularly came to us and asked if we liked the food and if we needed anything else. They took good care of us and advised me on how to eat some seafood, which I tried for the first time in my life. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great. We tried the local Venice white wine, which they recommended to us and it was a perfect fit after the meal. Great atmosphere. We recommend going to this restaurant.

I had the beef with porcini mushrooms and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked meat with a rich, earthy flavor from the porcini. This was my second time here, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and even knew a few words in Romanian, which made the experience fun and memorable. Highly recommended!

If you want peace and quiet and an environment where you can communicate freely without the influence of the city noise or music with the people at your table, I suggest Osteria Pizzeria Due Colonne. Delicious Italian-style food, a wonderful staff, communication of the intellectual Venetian level, tireless and dignified service to every customer regardless of the time of day. The restaurant staff will be there with a smile and dignified service. If you are in Venice and do not visit this restaurant, you have missed a place that will be unforgettable.
