This location has become the absolute slowest service of any Chick-fil-A I’ve been to anywhere in the country and it’s not getting better. It seems to always happen at breakfast and I am done trying. It’s either understaffed or disinterested staff that’s causing this issue. Either way management needs to address it because I like others I’ve spoken with are simply not going to go there anymore. This has been an ongoing problem that I’ve experienced consistently for at least the last six weeks and I’ve had it this franchise location will not get my money anymore. Simply put waiting in a drive-through line for longer than 10 minutes without the line moving means that there’s serious issues that are not being addressed at this franchise location.

Stopped in at the Chick-fil-A in Newtown PA with my 94 year-old-mom for lunch. This is the most attentive staff and perfect service and atmosphere! They jumped to hold doors, delivered meal to the table instantly, etc. Fresh flowers on every table, and spotlessly clean including in the restroom. Tasty, hot meal and Bob was a gracious host. Who knew this is what we missed going through the drive through all the time?

Eat in breakfast. Young lady who took order was difficult to understand with heavy Hispanic accent. Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit had a piece of COLD cheese. Unsure if this is normal, but not the best. Additionally, one of the staff took a break on the booth behind and was playing some Hispanic Instagram or such loudly without earbuds.
