Preordered just a hot chocolate through the McDonald’s app. Told the voice in the box my order number and then sat in in a line of two cars for nine minutes while they filled the preceding orders. Finally pulled up to the window and watched the kid slowly and methodicaly make my hot chocolate. Handed me the cup with no napkins or spoon. I could have grown the cocoa beans in the time it took them to serve me my beverage.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Food, almost always cold (even if you are pulled). Sauce almost NEVER in the bag. Maybe your sandwich is made right, good luck. Don’t think about ordering a pie or McCafe beverage after 8:30/9pm. Let alone getting a response at the drive thru speaker at 10:30pm. This is genuinely the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Sucks that this is the closest McDonald’s to my workplace, you’d think no matter the time of day (within business hours) you’d get at least decent service, boy am I wrong.

This has to be the friendliest McDonald’s in the whole area! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Service picking up our mobile order was quick, accurate, and well packed. The food tastes so fresh and actually looks appetizing, the way it should be. The area around the facility was extremely clean and the drive thru was efficient. Bravo to staff and management! Also very convenient being located right across from the hospital.

This has to be the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, we ordered on the app and when we got our food we wanted to check to see if everything was there and guess what it wasn’t we were missing our 4 piece chicken nuggets so we pulled through the drive through saying we had a mobile order and we were just here but we r missing an item the girl seemed so confused like it wasn’t that difficult we ordered food and we r missing an item, after a few minutes she told us to pull through to first window TOO PAY!! We already paid for it we just didn’t receive the item so when we told her that again she told us she had to tell the people in the front she seemed so confused on how we were missing our chicken nuggets and when we pulled up to the second window the lady kept handing us the bag with the snarkiest smirk on her face like we were just trying to get the food we paid for. There was no need for her to be nasty with us like that especially since they messed up the order, I’m not one to leave reviews like this but I am because this was so unacceptable, only reason I’ll come back is because this is the only McDonald’s in concord

Its McDonald’s so the food is what it is. But I waited for almost 15mins in the drive thru for 1 simple value meal. Maybe it was because of the fries since they seem to be extremely hot.

Waited a grand total of 26 minutes with a 2 year old for her apple pie. One. Pie. Tried curbside because my daughter is sick and yet no one came out. I had to bring her in inside and wait another 4 minutes before someone came to ask if I’d been helped. Took less than a minute to grab the pie from the warmer, put it in a bag, and complete the transaction.

Prices are already marked up higher than all their partner stores in the surrounding area. Why is that? Hospital and ER right across the street and is the only option in the immediate area , gouge overly stressed exhausted folks in family health crisis times.
Quality is also a step down at this location. Topping it all off , if you order enough items they are going miss items. So pricey, inconsistent food that you essentially have to hold their packers hand. Go further to Heisley location, cheaper and you get all your items.

Can you guys not read? Literally everything in my order was wrong. Just wanted a quarter pounder HAMBURGER I get double cheese. Paid for a 10 piece nugget. Got 6. And we sat there for over 20 minutes and still couldn’t get it right. You guys are working a bare minimum job and still can’t do it lol

I stopped to get a Big Mac and was waylaid by a picture of their Bacon Special Edition Gold McCrispy sandwich. It was the worst thing I have eaten in a long time. So bad that my cat tasted it and turned up her nose at it. It not only was the worst chicken I’ve eaten but they failed to add the bacon. And even though imo bacon makes everything better, it would not have saved this “sandwich”. The cost was $7.99 just for that garbage alone. To make things worse I had the TV on and saw an ad for Wendy’s (which I’m not promoting) but they have TWO junior bacon cheeseburgers, a medium fry, and a medium drink all for $8. Then I truly longed to have my eight dollars back. Perfectly awful. Please save your wallet and your stomach from the agony. And that Special Edition Gold Sauce? There was a small smear of it on the bun and it was more like iron than gold. The restaurant itself is fine which is why they got 5 stars for atmosphere. But I went through the drive-thru.
