Happy New Years, and I must say that I am pleased with the service at this location the vast majority of the time. Today, it was quite busy at 4:30 or so, and this is understandable, but one item was left out of my order when extra time was needed to fill it. I ordered a combo, plus an extra sandwich with it, and gave into temptation on the latter. However, I did pay for this extra item, and it was left out. So, I will have to do my due dilligence and bring this up. There was one prior incident, when someone who used to work there was sympathetic to people I was at odds within my personal life, and bad service was given and disrespect was encountered. Such things have a way of catching up to people later, especially when you make a habit out of it. I doubt this incident was on purpose, but I have encountered theft at drive thrus before. All is forgiven, these things happen, but just try to do better please.

Got 6 wraps, half weren’t even wrapped. I love the sweet tea of McDonald’s, this one was SUPER SWEET. Almost overpoweringly sweet. Coulda been a off night I guess.

Got food poisoning from here.
Had placed a mobile order for 20 nuggets 10 minutes ahead of time. When I arrived my food was not ready and they had to heat up the fryers (so I waited ever longer). When I came to the window, the cashier did not say hello or anything, so I said I had a mobile order for pickup. She then screams out to her coworker to drop 80 nuggets (the person in front of me must have ordered 40). Proceeds to just wave her hand and shut the window. So I assumed she wanted me to pull forward.
I waited 15 minutes total for my food, went home and ate it, then got violently sick. First time at the McDonald’s location and definitely the last.

4:30 on Saturday, no cars in sight, we had made a mobile order.
There was no wait and the employee appeared quickly. We had a large order, 2 bags. Because of this we did not inspect every single item (like we should have)
When we got to our destination the Quarter Pounder With Cheese and Bacon had a slice of cold cheese, half of it on the sandwich and half of it sticking out of the box, and no burger patty.
The location either didn’t believe us, didn’t care, or can’t remember what happened in their empty store just 10 minutes prior.
We didn’t individually count the nuggets or anything but every sandwich was poorly constructed and cold. Most of them had meat on them.
I feel this order was a waste of time and money. _ Even with the short wait time.

It seems that hes a manager, but this Aiden kid either needs to learn to be a good person or he needs fired. Im sick of standing in line or waiting for my food always hearing the way he talks to his employees is embarrassing. Within the last 6 months, anytime I come in on night, hes who is there, and he treats his employees on shift like crap, the way he speaks to them is disgusting. He either needs to go back through training or he needs fired, bottom line.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Waited FOREVER for food on a Friday night. This isn’t your first rodeo for a Fri night, schedule make staff. Food was wrong, had to wait FOREVER TWICE. Super gross inside as well as outside. Rude employees. Food even tasted old. NEVER again.

I ordered a large iced Carmel coffee and knowing they never put the Carmel in it I asked for 5 Xtra pumps of Carmel and they couldn’t even put that in there but best believe they charged me for it and the managers any time I call to tell them they couldn’t care less don’t waste your time or money on this place

OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS PLACE food ALWAYS good fries ALWAYS CRISPY AND AMAZING BUT one time i asked for extra pickles they gave me two SO i walked in that place SLAMMED my burger down and asked for some more pickles and you know what THEY DELIVERED GAVE ME THAT BURGER WITH LIKE TEN PICKLES I LOVE YOU MCDONALDS ❤️
