The service was good. The food is overpriced for the taste and the amount received. We got a patty melt and garlic burger combo.. with a shake. Two dollars for additional bacon ( 2 thin slices) , ridiculous.

Our service was excellent! We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. Everyone we dealt with was friendly (our receipt showed the name Jenny). The manager came up and personally asked us if everything was good. You just don’t get that kind of service anywhere nowadays let alone at fast food. The restroom shared with the gas station was clean and fully stocked. Please applaud the 1040ish am shift that worked on 12/17/2024!!!

Fast, and friendly service. Dining area was clean, and plenty of tables to choose from. Only issue we had was push screen fountain drink was mis functioning, so it was holding people up. Bathrooms are clean.

The fries were good. Although im not a fan of the nacho cheese sauce personally, the shakes were alright. The garlic burger was okay, I think I would want to try a normal burger next time.
They do have coffee and a Coke Machine.

Good food and fast service. Better than MacDonald’s. The burgers are super thin but tasty. Shoestring fries are really good. I wish there was more meat in the burgers. $10 bucks for a triple and an extra 3 for fries and a drink make this a little spendy but nothing is cheap and good anymore.

Went through the drive thru at lunch time. Staff was friendly, Food was good,everything was cooked and tasted as it should. 3 sandwiches were custom ordered with various condiments and all 3 were made wrong with one even being made with No condiments at all! Seems just need to pay attention to the details??

CONSTANTLY ruining my order. specifically Jazzy when she is working drive, she ALWAYS forgets my sauce, puts down the wrong size fries, puts the wrong thing i order, etc. i once paid $3 for a WATER bc she didn’t add it as a combo. She’s constantly getting my orders wrong. This time i was also sitting waiting to order and it took her over 5 minutes to even say anything to me.

Friendly staff, good food. Everything you’d expect from a Steak and Shake. Beware they close at 7pm…which seems too early; there was a long line of people at 6:59; they should probably consider staying open another two hours.
