Me and my boyfriend went to the drive through. I checked the bag and it appeared we had all the food. Only to get home and find they forgot the 10 piece chicken nugget. It is the coldest day of the year so far so we are not going back into the weather. I tried to call them to resolve the issue and they have failed to answer, five times. Not only do I have no dinner but it was the most expensive item we ordered. They are always forgetting food there.

The window associate was about the rudest person I have ever had to deal with at a Wendy’s establishment. I didn’t catch her name but she had the name “Damon” tattooed on her neck in red. Extremely rude. Gave us 1 straw for 3 drinks. Attitude when asked for more. Then I get home and there’s a massive amount of mayo on a burger that I ordered and confirmed as ketchup and pickle only. I will not be back at this establishment nor will my family. And we’ve been going there for years.

Got two JR cheeseburgers, large fry, and a girl scout cookie frosty. Frosty and Fries were good. Burgers not so much. Everything about the burger was dry. From the patty to bun and everything in between. It was late night but still should do better than that. Make everything made to order. It wasn’t busy and took long enough it should’ve been but most definitely not.

order thru the drive thru–was treated very rudely by the attendant. Then we said never mind…her response was “ok,bye!” As we drove by the window–there was a group of employees standing and chatting. Not a sole in the dining room. Pitiful. Do better.

Extremely poorly managed restaurant!! Employees were wandering around and chatting instead of doing their jobs. Sandwich maker employee couldn’t stay on task. Several employees cluttered by the Take Out window. Employees were talking loudly about inappropriate topics !Manager placed raw hamburgers on the grill 3x without gloves!!! It took 20 minutes for 1 order!!
