This is my 2nd time ordering through Uber Eats and it’s NEVER gotten to me and not been hot, fulfilling, flavorful, etc.
This last time it was so good I had to leave a real review and not just the lil thumbs up or down on Uber because this place needs their flowers!
I purchased (2) dinners : Leg quarter with green beans and potato salad. And a half Slab of Rib Dinner with Mac and yams.
I also got sweet potato pie and an Arnold Palmer on the side. My 1 year old son was smacking his lips and demanding more of his food. I was smacking my lips and portioning my plate into lunch meals so I have enough leftovers to savor.
Y’all the food is good. I’ve never been in the restaurant because they ensure your order is quality right in your home but I sure will be paying them a visit soon!
I’ve come before, about a year ago, earlier in the day around opening and everything was amazing, juicy flavorful, just delightful.
This time tho: Mac is kinda dry, ribs are a bit dry too, beans and collards are great but potato salad kinda sweet for my taste sort of tastes store bought BUT that’s just me.
Maybe it’s cause it was a later order to why things are dry but I might give it another go.
Sidenote: didn’t get it this time but the red Velvet it’s absolutely delicious.
Would still recommend giving it a try.
They handle busy really well, and the portions are perfect! Seriously that brisket is just so damn good! It melts in your mouth. SO tasty! There’s a fantastic comfort food desert selection, and well, as you can see from the photos, I couldn’t get the camera out fast enough to snap a shot of my sons pulled pork before he devoured that whole plate of food.
