Don’t recommend thIs place at all anymore.
This Wendy’s used to be good, Fresh hot delicious food, better customer service. Fast forward to 2026, Just placing order in the drive thru is frustrating. First you have to repeat your order like 5 times because its entered wrong. Then you get a bad attitude for it. It’s your fault not their’s. Second the food quality is bad, hamburger patties are cold, Dry and over salted. One of my fries was hot the other was cold. Not worth the expensive price for the poor quality.
What sucks is that this is happening in most if not all fast food places. Corprate doesn’t seem to care and then wonder why sales are down. Wont be going back to this place.
Save your money and frustration, cook at home and know it’s done right.

One aspect that has changed for the better is the food seems fresher then before. Burgers at least don’t seem to just be rewarmed. The counter service is at times slow to ackknowlege a customer at the counter they seem more concerned with attending to the drive thru aspect first.

Went to pick up a DoorDash from this place pulled up to the speaker and told them who it was for was told to pull up to the window. Then sat there for 30 minutes while the employees stood inside laughing and carrying on with there conversation while me and my husband and 3 other cars sat in line waiting on orders they then had to come ask us 3 times what DoorDash we had.

Come here if you want raw food and no refund. I came in after I had got half way done with my food to see it was under cooked nuggets and half of it was old with old potato’s in the fries. As the one manager was helping me two ladies in the back started yelling at me how I ate the food and didn’t deserve no refund. Which was extremely rude. Yes I did eat part of the food however the part of it I didn’t see was under cooked I can’t control that and further more screaming at your customers is ridiculous.

First of all , I understand our fast food places being understaffed and a lot of times there just isn’t enough good workers who know how to work in this field and that are willing to train new comers to do things the right way , for whatever position they hold . But today , was beyond that. First of all the guy taking my order was obviously very new ,too new to not have anybody around to help him ,then after he finally got the order correctly on the screen we waited for our food ..to tell you my food was a waste of money is a fair statement . The guy wasn’t professional when speaking to us but not because he was just being rude ,it almost seemed he just was nervous and didnt know how else to be . I didn’t see anybody else at the store with him so he seemed to be new and poorly if he has had any training and alone trying to run the store .. here’s a picture of my wasted money .

I don’t know if it was closing time. But I got the baconator the food was hot but the meat kinda had a spoiled taste to it. It was to late to go back I threw it out and ate the fries. But was sick the next day try not to go closing time.
