This Panera is so hit or miss. You never know what type of quality or customer service you’ll get. Today both were lacking. I ordered the chicken chipotle avocado melt and the bread was burnt and there was hardly anything but chicken on the sandwich.

Taylor was so helpful!! She went above and beyond packing my order and made our Panera visit much more fun. My wisdom teeth were recently removed so I had a lot of weird customizations in my order and Taylor not only made sure it was packed correctly but that it was extra tasty too. She was so nice and friendly and brightened my day!! Thank you Taylor and Panera!

$7.00 chicken avocado egg sandwich was on a tiny piece of bread. Half of the sandwich has absolutely no chicken on it. I normally don’t do reviews, but Panera’s portions have changed to very small in the last few years. It’s really disappointing to eat there anymore. My last meal there was a very small focaccia chicken sandwich, and a bowl of soup from a bag, and it was $22.00. woman was very nice at the register.

Mellissa helped me at the Gastonia Panera location. She was very friendly, helpful and ensured everything I got through the drive-through was correct. She double checked that I got my chips andy large drink and everything was received as ordered. She was a friendly person to speak with and does a great job!

Can’t go wrong with the white cheddar Mac- my kiddo loves the bread bowl with Mac, and it comes with a side.

I ordered here a few weeks ago and am only posting this now because I’d been emailing a manager from panera and was waiting to see how things ended before writing this.
I’m a vegetarian and ordered the veggie sandwich stuffer, but didn’t eat it until I got home. I took a bite and got a mouth full of shredded chicken. I was emailed a survey from panera, so I filled it out with my complaint and requested that someone email me. A manager emailed me and offered to mail me some you pick two vouchers. I provided my address, a few weeks go by, and I received no response and no vouchers. They finally got back to me saying they had no vouchers and had to wait to get new ones before mailing them to me. I received them in the mail a few days later and all three had expired in 2024/2025. I emailed them telling them this and never received a response. I offered panera a chance to redeem themselves and instead, they made sure I’ll never eat at their company again.

This is a great place to eat at, take out, and drive thru, to get great food. I know it says Panera Bread,it’s easy to think it’s just a bread store, but it’s not, it’s a great food and snack restaurant. I’m not putting the menu on here you can see that at the Website. They have great food here, to eat on dates, or quick food to eat by yourself, or leave with, or go through the drive thru located at the back of the restaurant. Some people have different ideas of what should be on sandwiches or salads. If you want more lettuce or anything else, you need to tell the employees.

Although the food here is good they NEVER EVER have medium size lids at the drink station. No one EVER gets a large drink as there are ALWAYS large drinks lids. And you can’t ever get anyone’s attention probably because they are understaffed. Here’s an idea, only put medium drink lids at the drink station. Or give me a lid when you give me a cup. Take your pick.
