They are always messing up DoorDash orders and giving you food that you didn’t order instead of the food you want because they are too lazy to cook it before they close. I ordered food at 10:22pm. They close at 11. I ordered snack wraps. They gave me cheeseburgers instead? Even though the bag CLEARLY says snack wraps. Do not make dietary assumptions. I can’t believe places still do this crap. Do better.

I wrote a review months ago about how bad this place is ran. The usual worthless reply from whomever, is to use the feedback website (of which I have, and they have never replied).
I tried to give it another attempt tonight, same pathetic location. The least busy I’ve probably ever seen it, no one in drive thru, in front or behind me. Pay…as soon as a I get to the second window I get told to please pull forward and they will bring it out (this dump of a location is notorious for this stupidity).
So I questioned Ms Attitude on it, “it could be fries or other things”. She closes the window disappears, I see a different person appear shaking their head. So I hollered to open the window, he opens it and I said refund my card. He kind of laughs and turns around to point “it’s right here” for what I guess was my order. Said “don’t care refund it, throw it away if you have to”.
There was still 0 people in line. This obession with having every single car pull forward in beyond stupid, much less to actually have the order ready (not that was I taking it after mouthy went and disappeared and the order appeared) right there within a literal 30 seconds?
Don’t get offended by me, when you run a dumb store with dumb practices and pahetic managers.
Also whoever manages the reviews, don’t just paste the feedback URL. You’ve already proven you don’t answer the feedback when it comes to this dumpster of a location.

Always friendly attendants at least through the drive-thru line… I always get the senior small black coffee- they offer a discount! I really appreciate this and I am loyal to this location because of their employees, their friendliness and the very gracious discount. I will tell you it’s under $1! Thank you!

My Husband came today about 2:30. He waited 20 minutes for our order. Yal brought the wrong order out TWICE, so then he had to wait longer. He didn’t have time to check the 3rd time or wait any longer as we we’re in the middle of moving today and just trying to get our kids fed so we could continue moving into our new place. When he got home I pulled the food out and every SINGLE thing was wrong. Also, cold. We ordered a daily double with no tomato, it had tomato. He ordered 2 $5 mcdouble meals plain with extra cheese. They had no extra cheese, and they also had extra onion extra pickle extra ketchup and extra mustard. We also ordered 2 mcchicken $5 meals, did not receive the either fry or chicken nuggets. We also ordered 2 separate plain mcchicken and neither was plain. I keep calling the store and still have gotten no answer. That is ALOT of food for all of it to be wrong and have multiple missing items.

I’m convinced this is the best Mcdonald’s around. Great food, they always get our order correct, and incredibly sweet people 99% of the time. The crown jewel of this location is Gary. As other reviews have mentioned, this guy rocks. Funny, super kind, and the kind of welcoming attitude you’d hope for from any restaurant.

every single time i go here the service is abysmal i get my order taken after people that pull up after me and every single time i use the drive thru i have to pull off to the side and wait for an extra 15-20 mins for my food with no real explanation as i have to watch 5-10 cars who pulled up and ordered after me go through the line and get there order with no wait while i am sitting there waiting on god knows what. Absolute joke of a place

Pulled up the order kiosk. The woman’s voice began verbage unbecoming of someone placed between a retail buyer and a company selling. Not foul language mind you, but certainly not acceptable in sales. Then we waited to pay her at the window while she took the order of 2 cars behind us. She didn’t acknowledge us until she was ready to take our payment.
Her name, Emily.
Even as we drove up to the second window to get our food, she said something then as well.
Top it all off, we were actually shorted on our food and a coke!!!! And the fries weren’t hot, barely warm. And lastly, I should be happy about this part I am convinced the fries weren’t salted.
Not up to McDonald’s normal level of service.

Day shift is decent, but man night shift at this location is terrible. There are 6 cars including myself in the line who have been in the line without no orders taken for 7 minutes. Literally just sitting here refusing to take our orders. 7/27 at 10PM.

Went through the drive thru & I must have deleted my mobile order. The worker was so helpful and so very patient. I was taking my grandson for a bite after a swim at our local Y.
I wish I had requested her name, she was wonderful!
