Great food and employees. I prefer this location because they don’t lock the restrooms. But come on how can an employee wash there hands for 60 seconds. When the sink doesn’t stay on for 5 seconds and don’t get me started with that paper towel machine spitting out a 2 inch long paper towel . Over all great store to get lunch at.

The salads are still very good after having them for years. It’s the same high quality great tasting product each time I order it. The drive through operates very well with traffic continuously moving at a good pace. No chance of me starving sitting in the drivethrough, but I appreciate their speed and attention to detail. The crew seems to work very well as a team.

Doordash order… the manager lost her chit in the middle of service. Screamed at everyone. Told an employee “I don’t give a shit about doordash right now”. The 2 upfront workers were stunned. They kept apologizing for her. Not their fault. Manager didn’t have any communication with her employees, definitely not on the same page. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I waited over 25 minutes for 2 orders. And believe me she wasn’t in a hurry to help the other 4 drivers in the lobby. Let alone the regular customers who came in to eat. I enjoyed talking to the front help while they had time to waste. Very nice. But that lady shouldn’t be a manager if she doesn’t know how to work her team and work with her team. She wasn’t very nice all the way around.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I live 25 mins away. Got home, they gave me all of the wrong burgers. I ordered a new double cheesy cheeseburger (and got a Dave’s double with a mound of Mayo seeping out of the foil wrap *PUKE*) and I ordered 3 biggie bags 1 double stack, and 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, they gave me ALL double stacks. Like this isn’t rocket science. I also never got a receipt to top it all off! I called in to see how they want to handle this and a regular employee said “my managers are too busy to come to the phone so you will have to call back later” yall are a joke and have lost my business!

Honestly this location has to be the slowest location. Surprises me there is a huge corporate office here in Columbus yet this location each time has taken 20-30mins for my food in the drive through. This place has always never had reliable employees managers switching like crazy. There is something about this store that needs brought to the right attention. I waited 26 mins for a JBC biggie bag meal. Ridiculous. Half the fries and nuggets I got was colder than just picking them off the floor.
Get better employees here or train more people. This is a high traffic area and it’s surprising you can’t even push 4 cars through here in a timely manner.
Y’all got timers for the drive through. Look them up. This location is Trash Wendy’s!
Maybe with different managers and different leadership this place could thrive. But right now it’s nothing but down hill.

Might be the worst Wendy’s in central Ohio. I would not be shocked. Consistently terrible service and slow wait times. Also, they close the dining room so often it makes mobile ordering miserable unless you choose the drive thru option in which you will still need to wait 15-30 minutes even though you placed your order ahead of time.
Dumb AI machine to take orders because they’re clearly understaffed and undertrained. I get it’s not an easy job (I hate food service work) but at the same time it’s insane how little they care.

Dinning room close at 10pm. Drive thru ran by AI which didnt even get half our order. Had to tell the cashier what it missed. Food was cold when we received it.

I waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru for some chicken nuggets, only for them to mess my order up. The food is mid, the customer service is horrible making the overall experience terrible. Would not recommend eating here.

Me and my sister went in as the only customers in the dining room my order was a 5 minute wait ok not bad but my sisters was a 20 minute wait! There was no since of urgency or hey they’ve been stareing at us for 20 minutes let’s get this order out the ordered 4 jbc burgers and 4 fries a little wait I understand but 20 minutes as the only customers and we can see yall taking yall barely trying by the time we left to sit and eat outside my meal was COLD there’s to many ppl doing nothing for it to have taken that long I won’t be back
