Very amazing experience. I have not went to Applebee’s in a good while. I got the trio as my appetizer. Very delicious and a wide variety of options. The mushroom Swiss burger with fries were tasty, seasoned and the patty was juicy. Jacob did a amazing job taking care for my order. Thank you. Strawberry lemonade with lite ice, I tasted more of the exact flavor more than the ice, very great job. Atmosphere is amazing and I would return again.

Arrived at 1PM and seated very shortly after arrival. The best thing was the spinach and artichoke dip, served very warm – THANK YOU! BUT it took way to long to be served to us (waited over 30 minutes for it to come to the table). 6 oz steak was ordered medium but received done and was barely warm, side of broccoli was way overcooked and very, very salty, the mashed potatoes were good but yet again barely warm; salmon was cooked well but barely warm with the same for the broccoli and mashed potatoes on this plate as stated above. Kind of like everything was plated and forget to bring to us when ready. Server did a fair job, but did not check on us and when asked for refills to another server, our server did not check to see what we were drinking and brought the incorrect refills. Probably will not go back!

Let me start with our server, Courtney. It took her 10 minutes to come to our table to welcome us and take our drink order. She never once smiled the entire time we were there, and she looked as though she wished she hadn’t woken up that morning. Other than that, our drinks and food arrived promptly, and we never wanted for anything.
There were three of us: two adults and one 11-year-old. The child had the mozzarella sticks and loved them. My cousin had the new Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne. She savored every bite. I had the Classic Combo Appetizer. All of it was good except for the spinach and artichoke dip. It tasted like fish! I couldn’t eat more than one bite, and I love fish.
I would give this location another chance because I doubt we would have the same server, and I would NOT order the dip.

Bloody Awesome experience today. Had my family to join me for my Sons birthday. The waiter was awesome, and the service was extremely fast. Everyone was full and exited with a smile on their face. Couldn’t believe I’d come across another restaurant that serves chocolate milk.

My girlfriend and I drop by here occasionally to grab a late dinner after a busy day. Dropped by tonight and had an awesome experience, better than usual. Andy was an incredible server who was absolutely on top of it, thats a guy who’s great at what he does. The 2 for $25 was awesome (highly recommend the grilled cheese burger), and the drinks were great. Best experience we’ve had so far!

Last night was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were a larger table and mostly kids and I do know that any table with kids is going to automatically be one of those “I don’t want to” but even after it took forever to get our last bit of food we still didn’t get drink refills plates or sauces until another server stepped in to help us. If it had been busy I could understand but the ball was dropped from the start.

The food was soooo good. There was some confusion with the bill but the GM Nicholas was amazing. He fixed it immediately. He was kind, he even sat down to talk to us about the weekly and daily specials. I would definitely come back again. The atmosphere was also great, the music was calm and enjoyable. The service was fast and friendly and the food came out fresh and yummy! It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Applebee’s but I’m ALREADY ready to stop in again! We stopped in and enjoyed the half price appetizers! The portions were so generous, the appetizers were our meal!
