So drove thru to order a simple chicken sandwich, with bacon, and fries. The person taking my order confirmed this. I pulled up to the window and a different person (manager-shown in back with a black hat) gave me my order with a smile. I pulled in a parking spot to eat but there was no bacon. Proceeded to go back thru drive thru and was told to wait for the replacement sandwich. After 7 minutes the manager comes to my car with a new sandwich however this is spicy. I only noticed it after the first bite burned my throat. Went back in and told manager who apologized as he was counting a money drawer. Then a cook from the back comes out and said I was lying. She actually had the clerk (or he did I willingly-wearing headset) who took my order retrieve it from the trash! They wanted me to see how it looked like it was regular. I was appalled!!!! Then she proceeds to argue with me about the shade of color of the chicken as she lays the meat out on the counter. I asked her to eat a piece, she refused but stood there with her hands on her hips. At this point I had to calm down before I ended up on TikTok! I immediately asked the manager to prepare my sandwich which he happily did, even gave me more fries. I will only be back here when the Manager David is present. WOW ♂️

11/12/25 Came thru at 8:45AM they say their close & don’t open until 9. Im like since when because I’ve definitely been here before then but didn’t find this out until 5min of waiting before I pulled up to the window. So they I left & came back around 9:15-25 to a line so I say cool their open but once I got to the speaker she say they no longer sale breakfast at this location so at this point I’m beyond frustrated because I’ve passed a couple Wendy’s to hit this once since it’s close to the job. This Wendy’s gives me franchise vibes because it’s always something here so today could’ve been a simple sign in the drive thru that says we don’t open until 9 & no longer selling breakfast instead of playing a guessing game.

3rd time and I’ve received cold food. There’s no line but they make you pull up so their time clock looks good. I mean you have no choice but to pull up unless you want them to spit in your food. This location is pathetic. Maybe needs to be shut down. No sprite. No apple slices for my kids, etc.

Barely warm nuggets/burger with old fries on a p/u mobile order. Place never has napkins, condiments, or lids inside; always need to ask. Your foot either slides from the grease or sticks from the filth throughout. Men’s bathroom on 2nd visit still had no soap. Needs a DEEP CLEAN in there. Disgusting! Lady before me waited an HOUR for her mobile order (w/ small child in toe). Employee at the counter had the unhappiest look I’ve ever seen. Good grief Wendy’s, pull it together..!!!

The one star is for the brand itself. This location is trash. I’ve come here a number of times as it’s the closest. Never get the order right. For sure you’ll be missing something. You absolutely will get an attitude tone from the drive through speaker. The little lady taking the money was the only pleasant thing about this location today. Not only did they put everything in the burger that I asked for KETCHUP ONLY, I order a southwest avocado salad (with pepper Jack cheese) Refer to the photo please.

This was by far my worst experience at a Wendy’s. Ordered 2 baconaters and other things in the drive thru when I got the bags they felt really light so I pulled over and opened up one of the baconaters cause they were very small, it only had one small patty cheese and 2 small strips of bacon. I went inside to ask about it and the young man at the register said yes ma’am that is a baconater I even said are you sure he said yes. Went home very disappointed and called back to speak to a manager but no one answered.
