Give this girl a raise!!!
Everytime I place a to-go order, I always see the same brunette girl. I think her name is adrianne, she has a nose piercing. She always greets me with a smile, and is the sweetest employee ever. She never messes up my food! It’s always perfect. Her customer service is excellent as well. Tonight, they were busy and I saw her running back and forth. That did not affect the way she treated the customers around me, she was very patient with an older man ordering food and was very communicative on why their food was taking a while. She’s the best!

First time at a Chili’s restaurant in many years. We were passing through while traveling. The location is easily accessible right off Rte 40 with a big parking lot. The restaurant was clean and not too crowded. The food came out pretty fast and was well prepared. We had the Old Timer burger, Ribs, Quesadillas and Seafood & Chicken pasta. Everything was very good. The black tea drink is very good. The prices are pretty competitive with other similar restaurants. Our server is as nice and courteous, she attended to us well. Definitely will be coming back next time we are in the area.

I loved the food here. All the dishes were super delicious and warm. It’s not my first time eating here and I am sure I will be back soon. The Nashville chicken tenders here is the best. Molten chocolate cake is yummy as well.

Appetizer was excellent, main dishes were ok, drinks were good and the service was great. Only thing I didn’t like was how the menu was all over the place. It was like they made sure to have a little bit of everything. Which has its pros and cons. I spent around 15 minutes trying to figure out where things were and trying to decide which options went with what dish. If I was a regular it probably wouldn’t have been as bad. But overall not a bad place to eat or grab a drink.

To go order, they messed up order. But ribs were good. Overpriced. Cashier was unhelpful and rude, unwilling to correct or look at the mistake on my order. He wasn’t busy, just uninterested, asked for napkins, he didn’t even put them in the bag. Had to go in , even though app said to wait in curbside pickup space until they bring it out.

When I asked to be seated in the bar area, I was first told no. They did seat me there, but said it may be longer for service. Ordered steak and chicken fajitas. They should come on a sizzling plate. Mine was warm and could be touched. And at $25, robbery. Chips and salsa used to come with, now you must pay. Table Guacamole no longer available. Now it’s pre-made and priced out of range a $9. We shared the fajitas between 2 people and ordered a burger meal for the 3rd. 3 people, 2 meals, over $63 before gratuity. Had to ask for almost all service due to under staffing. Corporate greed on display. I won’t go again.

I feel like it’s a hit or miss here. The boneless honey chipotle wings were pretty tasty, the sauce had a great flavor, and they were pretty big. Mini burger, meh.. one bite and I was done. Dessert was my favorite part. Took forever to get our bill, as we didn’t have the electronic payment option at our table, took us 3 times to ask for it. They have good happy hour deals.
After stumbling upon their sirloin steak, I have to rate higher than the original 3 stars. The steak is consistently mouthwatering, cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. Pleasantly surprised with how great of a meal it is. Always opting for the 10oz with a double side of broccoli. I have found myself craving it, the garlic butter taste amazing on both steak and broccoli. It’s not a 60$ cut steak.. however, for what it is, it is definitely worth it and my “go to” option when dining at Chili’s.

Had lunch with an old friend who I haven’t seen since the beginning of the pandemic. Chili’s is a chain restaurant, and this particular Chili’s is representative of all of them. The venue is clean and neat. It wasn’t crowded so we were seated immediately. Our server was prompt, friendly, and efficient.
The menu has Tex-Mex dishes and standard American fare. I had a hamburger with special sauce and fried onions. The burger was thick, juicy and delicious. It came with fries, also very good, but the fries would have been better if the restaurant provided malt vinegar to put on the fries.
My friend had fajitas. She enjoyed them.
The check is paid via a wireless gizmo right at the table so my credit card never left my hand. That’s reassuring.
There’s free parking outside. I totally recommend this Chili’s.

The bar maid made us wait at least 15 mins before she asked us what we wanted to drink and 20 mins after that she came to take our order. She never came back to ask us how our food was. We had to keep asking her for the extras that were supposed to come with the food . She got a whole 72 cents for her tip. I will never ever come there again
