This location is the absolute worst. Every time I order, which is via online for pickup, my order is never right, missing items/sauces, etc. Got a Salmon bowl today, which was literally half empty, and a good size piece of completely dried out salmon, and a side of plain kale – even though I added marinated kale. The only thing I got a decent serving of was the cauliflower I paid extra for. Definitely the last chance I’m giving this location.

Every single delivery I have had from this company has been a disappointment . There is always something wrong with the order no matter the location I order from. Previously when ordering a salad my additions were only put on the salad instead of everything the salad was supposed to come with plus the additions. Another time I said no chips substitute with vegetables. I received absolutely nothing. This time I selected no chips substitute vegetables and received only chips. I am so sick and tired of the service at the various locations. The quality of the food does not make up for these issues. (The food is delicious. Do not order pick up or delivery they will get it wrong)

I always choose Modern Market for my work catering but the opportunity to try the seasonal items in the restaurant is always enjoyable! Today was made extra special by an impromptu conversation with Modern Market’s Head Chef, Jamal, and the chance to try a new menu item which he was proud to share the details (and taste!) of his seasonal creation. With Chef today were COO Justin and Director of Operations Kevin. All three were throughly engaged in enhancing customer service, hearing our feedback on our experience and truly checking in on their customers. What a lovely interaction with this passionate team to top off a fresh, healthy and always colorful meal. And keep an eye out for the new steak and chipotle aioli sandwich! My only ask is to open a restaurant in Castle Rock!

It’s not bad but the service can be hit or miss. The good is decent don’t get me wrong but it does not match the price when it comes to taste or portions.
It has some nice seating and it’s an alright location. The seats are not comfy and I can’t imagine coming here for lunch or dinner with friends.
The bathroom is clean which is nice to see. The sink had soap in stock another big plus. Single person bathroom so you get privacy.

We love modern market and it is our one of our go to places all over the country. You can get a great Buddha bowl here which is a delicious vegan dish, and add an extra serving of tofu for not that much more money. The vegan butternut squash soup is delicious too, and has just a little bit of a kick. At this location, the first time I’ve been to this particular one, the people were very friendly, and the service was fast. Food was delicious! I will definitely stop at this location again.

I was a little surprised when I visited this market I was driving by. Why ? I was expecting a market to buy ingredients and found a full restaurant with many gluten-free options instead.
The name is great but it was a surprise! I loved the gluten-free pizza and cookie. They even have different flavors of all natural beverages with pure cane sugar. I enjoyed several samples before designing on one. The staff were super friendly and helpful in my opinions, which I appreciated. The food came out hot and looked amazingly and in a timely manner.
I enjoyed the decor of the restaurant all natural woods earthy vibe which is calming to everyone visiting this restaurant.
Would I recommend this business? Absolutely
Would I return to this business? Absolutely

What a fantastic experience! The Urban Farmer, Blackened Chicken Mango Bowl, and Green Chicken Chili were all outstanding, beautifully presented, and generously portioned. Each dish was a delightful warm meal, making this visit truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We were on the west side and checked out food options by Colorado Mills. Are we glad we stopped in!
There was a huge emphasis on meals made from scratch with organic or local food emphasis.
We had the line caught tuna protein bowl which was delightful. Grilled medium rare with a seasame ginger sauce, it was superb. The bed of rice and quinoa was flavorful and satisfying. Two sides came with the meal and Mac and cheese was ordered along with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the order came with fire roasted veggies. When we pointed this out, another side of the potatoes was brought to the table. The Mac and cheese was solid, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the mix of fire roasted veggies was very flavorful as were the mashed potatoes.
The other meal ordered was the salmon protein bowl. Again, a solid choice.
Service was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Price was definitely reasonable with the bowls around $16.
The only negative with the whole experience was the amount of food was a little light. The flavor helped make up for that!
We see this is a chain in the Denver area and will be trying out other locations as well!
