The store the general manager does not care how the employees Talk to the customers, and when you asked to speak to a manager, the manager comes up with a rude attitude and isn’t very kind and don’t let me forget if you pay for Something they’ll come chasing you out the door saying make sure you pay for that next time be very careful around the Manager named Brittany and Teresa with an E they both got real snappy very quickly and Teresa gets ants in her pants as soon as you start talking to her and getting upset and this is all over a $.25 water cup I asked for it’s very unprofessional and they need their license checked out all over again I come to this McDonald’s every single day and now I can’t go back there because of childish managers and childishness it’s upsetting and it’s not cool and they need to work on their staff a little bit better. Also, I did find that their flies poop all over their kiosk and they don’t clean it.

I went to McDonald’s, all jolly and bright,
For a Grinchy green meal to make my night right.
But the worker said “SORRY! We ran out today!”
And my smile did a cartwheel and fell clean away.
I blinked once.
I blinked twice.
I asked politely, “Are you sure?”
(But my brain whispered “This is a corporate lure.”)
“The Grinch meal is gone!” they repeated with dread.
“Not one single meal? Not even the bread?!”
So I slumped to the counter, all sad and all mopey,
Feeling more green than guacamole after opening.
I ordered a burger though it felt like a crime
And I’m writing this rhyme because trauma needs time.
So McDonald’s dear people, please hear my appeal:
Don’t advertise magic then steal back the meal!

Spend almost 50 dollars for breakfast and they can’t put the jelly packets in with the condiments also order a steak meal for breakfast i check my order before I leave I asked where’s the onions for the steak the employee says oh were out of onions ok well you should of told me when I ordered, look at the runny uncooked eggs,next time I’ll go to Calcutta McDonald’s they’re always correct on their orders RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MAYBE YOUR HAVE BETTER REVIEWS

this is the second time i’ve come to this mcdonald’s over an hour before they closed and they have everything shut down and ignore you when you try to order. they are supposed to close at midnight. very disappointing

Friendly staff. My issue is when did The quarter pounders turn into Happy meal hamburgers. There was half a hamburger on my bun and it was flat. I think I’ll go to Wendy’s next time.

They are quick with orders but usually have a bunch of teenagers working at this location and they have a tendency to mess up orders on a regular basis….

Website said the lobby on a Wednesday closes at 11pm. We get there, it’s about 2 minutes after 10pm. Door says lobby closes at 10:30pm. Doors are locked up tight and all the chairs up on the tables. An employee was taking garbage from a can, looked at us and turned his back to us. Needless to say we went somewhere else.
