The workers here are so friendly and have amazing customer service which is really refreshing to see. The food was amazing. Neatly made and fresh. The workers great attitude really made the meal. I sure hope the owner takes good care of their workers and provides a good environment to work at because it’s far and few between to have wonderful customer service and great food.

The only reason I’m not giving this one star is that I usually order something odd from here & the other Burger Kings, and they get it wrong whereas this place usually gets it right. I’ve been coming here for years off and on, and there’s been massive amounts of turnover but the people always act the same. So what does that tell you? And this time going through the drive-thru, I got a grunt and I got a ugh. I believed I was being polite when I would say thank you to both of them but that’s all I received in return.

Tried the ultimate steakhouse whopper it was really good. The mushrooms and garlic sauce with onion rings and bacon came together really well and gave a great trio of flavor. Also the fried apple pie was perfect. Well done BK cheers !!!!

Ordered an online order at 12:53am. Arrived at 1:01am. Got to the window and they asked me to park, which is understandable. I parked at 1:09am. I waited and waited until 1:25am and went back through the drive through. Then waited to get to the window. Finally got my food at 1:37am and of course it’s cold. The point of ordering online is for it to not take as long. Yet, I was there for over a half hr. The woman then proceed to laugh as she handed my food and seemed like she was high on something. Horrible experience.

They are frequently unstaffed. Drive thru took 15 min to get food. Workers were nice but the service was soooo slow. The owner needs to get more staff, perhaps pay them more. Prices are crazy high already, should go to workers.

Zero stars cause they never took my order. Sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes. Their where no cars in front of me. I had to wait for the three cars behind me to leave before I became un traped. 4 cars left total. Every fast food establishment I go to I leave feeling corned and shucked. It’s like litterally no one cares about anything but their phone now a days

I guess we’re handing out open coffee containers (which spilled in my and pants and on drivers window panel) and charging extra for combos! The burrito is over sauced. This will be the reason why I will prefer McDonald’s over Burger King

Pretty sure only 1 person was working at 1:30pm on a Saturday. There were 5 cars ahead of me in three drive-thru and after 25 minutes I pulled out of the line. Shut it down.

Don’t bother. You’ll wait 15 minutes in an empty drive thru. You’ll ask to simply cancel the online order, but they’ll insist it must be done through the app. The app will insist it must be done by the store. It’s all a joke.
