Have you ever been to a Qdoba? That was just absolutely perfect in every way? Well, if you haven’t then head on down to beautiful Saint Joseph Michigan, where the sun is always shining in the Qdoba is always hot fresh and the employees always have a smile on their face!! Every single time I come to the Saint Joseph location there always employees who act like they would rather be doing anything else but working. Tonight specifically one was arguing with a young lady about wanting to go sit down while there was a line. My bowl ended up getting put in someone else’s bag because they were not paying attention. I also was unaware as they kept pushing food down the line while 3 of us were waiting to be cashed out. The gentleman in front of me grab the bowl of his bag and said he thought that this one was mine. With us having similar toppings I agreed. Unfortunately after getting home it was in fact not my bowl I ordered. That was my fault I should have inspected further. Anyways, after the young man rang me up before my card went through and approved they walked to the back and disappeared. I waited a second and decided I guess I was good to go. No one quite takes the cake on poor service like this place. I love Qdoba but I have never once had a good experience at this location and tonight really disappointed me to the point I felt like I wanted to share my feedback. Just frustrating how poorly ran it is.

The food was great as always. The lobby was a disaster it was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Food was on the floor in every booth. The staff looked miserable.

This was our first time trying a Qdoba. Walking in I was highly disappointed and not going to lie I almost turned around and walked out. It was dirty! Every table or booth had stuff on the floor but there wasn’t a customer in sight. Employees were friendly and our food was good but the steak was dried out (we got the last of what was left in the container). I will try Qdoba again but not sure I would revisit this location.

No Plastic Knives nor Recycling Effort..
Pleasant staff, relatively clean restaurant, food is always fresh and as expected..
But there is no plastic knives to eat with, so be sure to bring your own pocket knife or similar..
St. Joseph QDOBA, please consider offering plastic knives as other locations do.. perhaps ask Mishawaka location how they manage it? They’re relatively close..
Also kind of strange that this location doesn’t bother with recycling anything? Even the trash receptacles have both sides labeled as trash, instead of one trash and the other recycling.. it’s a shame that with today’s efforts that with all the packaging and plastic they use, there is no effort..

Won’t recommend it!
I had high hopes before ordering my lunch from this restaurant since I had been to QDOBA at a different location & had a decent experience.
On our way back to Chicago, we ordered ahead and picked up at this location. The moment we opened our bowls, it wasn’t a pleasant surprise. The way the salad bowl was prepped appeared to be packed days before. Nothing tasted fresh like a good salad would.
The kid’s meal for my 9-year-old was a cheese quesadilla with black beans. the quesadilla was too dry that it was hardly edible. Poorly prepped food, the cheese appeared to be as if someone left it unattended for days before serving.
But we sat outside to eat our meals and the staff helped us clean the tables. The ambiance of the store is quite decent, the staff is good too but the good is horrible.

Good food. But always out of things. Tonight. No crispy bowls. Out of peppers…… Pretty much the same every time. Probably needs a manager paying attention. But nice people.

I spent over $200 on a kit to feed a party of 8-10 people. I received a small bowl of rice to feed 2 people. I returned to the store thinking they gave me the wrong thing but they didn’t. Unfortunately, I was lied to and told, “Rice doesn’t come with the kits.” I did not understand that because it was required to pick seasoned or cilantro rice. So, I ordered a pan of cilantro rice and was charged $26 dollars for a half filled pan.

Order missing half the stuff. Ordered family meal kit for 5 people. Missing tortillas, missing chips, missing queso. Ordered extra order of chips and guacamole. Got about 2 handfuls of chips and the small add on guacamole not the full container. This was all $80!!!!!
