I recently went to simply ask a question about quarter exchanging and the manager Paige was the rudest manager I have ever met at this location but by far all the other workers were absolutely amazing; Melanie helped me out a lot very respectful girl. Just wish there was better choosing with the manager. Thank you.

My entire order was two double deluxe cheeseburgers with no onion not only did it take a literal 19 minutes from the time I paid to get my order my cheeseburgers were charred, and there was onion on them even though my receipt said I ordered without.

I recently visited Culver’s and was somewhat disappointed with the experience.
The food was the most underwhelming part of the visit. The taste and quality didn’t meet my expectations. The breading on the chicken was overly greasy and lacked flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were just average and didn’t have the crispiness I enjoy. The bacon looked undercooked and unappetizing. Overall, the food didn’t seem fresh and lacked the quality I anticipated from Culver’s.

Food Quality: All good but the roast beef sandwich. Bun was so soggy I couldn’t eat it. Meat was way too salty.
Bathrooms: Women’s clean, men’s clean
Store/Dining Area; Smelled like a middle school locker room, dirty floors
Outdoors: parking lot needs a refresh/resurfacing
We gave this only 3 stars because of the smell but mainly due to the customers, which you have no control over. My husband and I both were stared at by various customers the entire time we were there. Made us both very uncomfortable.

Order a fish cod fillet sandwich and ask for tartar sauce. Was even charged for the tartar sauce and didn’t get it! How you forgot something so simple as tatar sauce that must go on a FISH sandwich now my craving is ruined. Do better

Bathroom was so duty paper towells all over the sink and floor. , drinks all over the tables and the guy who brougth our food pass over and didn’t make an effort to clean up.

I had to repeat my order several times for it to be recorded correctly and when I received the order 15 mins later my Deluxe burger came without cheese. Butter pecan ice cream was pretty weak as well…more like vanilla custard with pecans sprinkled on top.

We usually don’t go here often, we stopped to get cheese curds with our dinner, it was 10$ for a family sized cheese curds,came with barley any, for 10$ we should definitely get more, if you have more than 3 people in your family I suggest you get at least 2 family sizes
