Place has been a let down lately. I don’t know if they changed anything or what the case is. Got my normal tray today, pulled into the parking lot to eat and was met with barely lukewarm, already soggy fries. And a chicken wrap that was 75% bread. Literally the bread I took off the wrap was the same size as the wrap itself after just one little bite. I asked for no lettuce, they put it on anyways. That’s not a huge deal I just took it off. But it does add onto the disappointment. Can’t be charging people $10 for cold fries and bread man. Burger was straight.

Busted drive-thru speakers, can’t-be-bothered staff, and every time I go to this location, no matter what I order or how I order it, it comes out wrong. BBQ chicken sandwich with just pickles, onions, and mustard? Too bad, here’s a “sandwich” slathered in mayo, no onions or mustard. If you insist on eating here, CHECK YOUR FOOD before driving away; don’t go if you have any food allergies, because you’ll probably definitely die. Try the location down by Pitt; they get my order right just about every time.

The food was OK. My biggest complaint was the cheerwine soda. It tasted like it had dish soap in it! The chicken sandwich was pretty dry. If you’re going for a chicken sandwich, you might as well go to Popeyes. The burger was pretty good. Only a lot smaller than thought it would be for a double patty. The hush puppies were perfect, however! And the fries are actually really good.

Hate this cook out location. They never get your order right, the staff always has an attitude, and all together it’s poor service. Order a RANCH WRAP add bacon. That’s a chicken wrap to start with, how is it I get home and see OH! No chicken whatsoever in it smh ♀️ Thankful I got a chicken quesadilla as well or I’d be starving smh. Greenville cook outs suck compared to Charlotte and others.

Ordered a burger tray (the second one on the receipt) with no cheese (said multiple times) and instead of giving me a burger without cheese like I asked for, put cheese on the burger and then decided to take the cheese off the burger instead of replacing it! Not only that, why is there white stuff (mayo I’m guessing) on a burger that shouldn’t have had mayo on it. Ridiculous.

I couldn’t hear the lady who was taking my order because the microphone system kept cutting out. Then I got to the window and got the wrong drink and the other one filled to the brim with ice. I only got about two good sips and it was gone. The food was okay and the peach shake was good but the service was awful and I didn’t get what I had ordered. Disappointing.

Ordered a huge Arnold Palmer they gave me large and said they were out of huge cups but still charged me for huge. Order chili cheese fries they gave me Cajun fries. This location has the most pathetic, sorry excuse for employees of any business I’ve ever been to. Nothing but miserable attitudes, miserable service, prices that change between the order point and the window; the only consistent thing about them is the disgusting behavior of the staff at every visit. The fact no one has put their hands on one of these people through the window is nothing short of a miracle in these crazy times.
Cashiers don’t know their menu and don’t know how to do their jobs, at all. They turn around and catch an attitude with you for their lack of common sense. How does it go from “$8.26.” At the order point followed by “$10.82.” At the window? When you ask there’s no explanation, no attempt to fix the issue, just slamming windows in your face, walking away and practically throwing your order through the window.
I’m nothing but nice at these places because I get how chaotic it can be. But in the middle of a random day when you have NO customers? Lose your attitude.
I’ll gladly drive out of the way to winterville to avoid this sorry location.

It was my first and last time eating there my Burger and cheese fries was nasty, the girl taking the order attitude was nasty only thing was good was the milk shake. I dont know about anything else there. my cousin had a chicken wrap and Cajun fries he said it was good but I won’t be eating from there again

This place is jumpin! Derral took me here and said he has to go everytime he’s in the area. Separate drive thru lines so they can process more orders. I ordered cheese fries, a hamburger with bacon, onions and chedcheese and a choc milkshake. The fries weren’t great. The burger was good. The milkshake was like a Wendys Frosty.
