I ordered a very simple order of a $5 McDouble meal deal and simply asked for no pickle and extra onion, they some how gave me a plain burger, I called back and was met with an extremely rude manager when I asked for options to fix my order they wanted the food back and my receipt so be careful they may selling returned food that was made wrong. Also the manager refused to do anything but that even though I explained I could not return because I was on lunch at work. I called McDonald’s corporate and I’m waiting for a call back. But just had to say they were adamant to receive the wrong food back in assuming they resell it. I will not be going back untill they fix this issue

Manager Kelly thinks people want free food when they gave me the wrong order. It was two 6 pc adult meals not kids meals. I wanted to give my kids the nuggets out of the bag I already had my hand in before I realized the fires were medium not smalls. Poor customer service Full story: Went to the drive-thru to order two kids meals. There was some confusion and I was given two six-piece adult chicken nugget meals when I got to the window I was handed a bag and I looked inside thinking they just ran out of the boxes and realized I had medium sized fries. I said my order was supposed to be kids meals. The girl apologized she got a manager. That’s when things went wrong. The manager made me feel like I was trying to get free food when in fact they had given me the wrong order. They asked for my credit card to give me the refund, I was in a hurry as my daughter had practice. Manager didn’t greet me when she came over or say sorry about the confusion she just said she needed the food back, I questioned because it was the same food and I was going to give my kids their six piece so they could start eating. She took the bag back from me said she’d get fired for giving out free food. At this point I became defensive because she made me feel like I was trying to steal food from them. They asked if I wanted the medium drink which they had already handed me instead of the small that comes with the kids meal. I said not if I’m going to be charged for it because again she seemed like I was trying to steal food. They did not take my daughter’s drink back so I thought they were just giving it to me. They still had my credit card but made me pull up without my credit card. Then when I got to my daughter’s practice I looked at my receipt and she up-charged me a medium drink. I’m sorry if your policies and your care for your customers has gone so bad that you can make a mistake and not give a customer any type of apology. Clearly at this location your manager Kelly is more worried about people stealing her food and making your customers feel like thieves. I will not patron this location again.

Terrible drive thru experience. Instead of apologizing and offering solutions, the “manager” demanded I pay extra for an item that should have been included in what I already paid. Zero customer service skills. Food was mid at best.

I love this restaraunt out of most. Not the biggest fan of their food. But their coffee and soft drink selection is pretty good and priced good too. The service is better than most, and the quality is unmatched in the realm of fast food quality if their is a such thing. The food I do like is consistent always made well and hot and served fast. It’s convenient in location and the stuff are unmatched. Definitely worth the time if you are selective like I am.

This location is so convenient, it saves them from my choosing another, when you ask for a “double cheeseburger”, you really shouldn’t expect to get the slimmer new value version. I’ve eaten McDonald’s nearly my entire life and when I place an order, this is the single location where I receive unwanted substitutes almost each time, even if I make a point of it. Truly hopeful things improve, the entire surrounding area finds it convenient, but a very large number of us, as true neighbors, frequently have discussions about how almost careless the customer facing staff is. I think the food is still awesome, but I prefer to receive what I hoped to be enjoying.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel like I need to say this: this is by far the worst McDonald’s in Cleveland. The prices are noticeably higher than other locations, and even employees have admitted it. On top of that, the service—especially at night—isn’t friendly unless it’s the older lady that works there she is always pleasant.
Tonight, I ordered two snack wraps and, as I always do, asked for mayo on them. I was told they “can’t do that” and instead offered a cup of mayo. That’s strange, because I’ve ordered them with mayo here many times before with no problem. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold—both the wraps and the fries.
It’s extremely disappointing to come home at 9 p.m. with overpriced, cold food from a place that seems poorly run. This location really needs a better system in place, both in terms of customer service and pricing, because right now it’s not even close to the standard I’ve experienced at other McDonald’s.

I came to this McDonald’s in March 2025 for breakfast and had a positive experience. While I expected it to be the typical McDonald’s – with familiar food, basic service, and a somewhat clean restaurant – this one is far better. The restaurant was clean, the service was outstanding, and the food came out fast and was good. When there was an issue with the order, the manager immediately came out, was very friendly, let us keep the original order, and quickly made a new one. The employees at the counter were also very friendly.
