I do drive through on Monday mornings. It’s located between the Butler Y and my next destination. Food is “fast” food. Sausage biscuit, fresh and hot, quick drive through. Friendly employees. I have no complaints.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit in the drive through, i was given a chicken biscuit, I noticed once I got to the next place I was going (about 15 min drive away)… I really didn’t want to drive back but decided to and I was told I have to park and come in… Although i have two casts on my leg i didnt make a fuss about it and came in to show them their mistake, 3 of the employees i seen in there I’ve seen here at this store now for 10- 15 years, but none of them even gave an apology for the mistake, or could of atleast offered a fountain drink or something… I’m not typically upset especially if it was just one employee (maybe having a rough day idk) but everyone was snooty as if I was an inconvenience for wanting the correct food I ordered… so I won’t be returning for awhile

I don’t eat much fast food but when I do I’d like to have my French Fries salted. Fries don’t taste good without some salt even a dash. My burgers were fresh and made to my liking but I couldn’t eat the fries with no salt. I’m glad it was a small frie. Other than no salt everything else was fine.

Gave this place a second shot. Got home they forgot a whole meal and we live 20 minutes away. Poor husband didnt get his meal.Again they screw you through the drive through. I called they said they’ll send me coupons… you said that last time and never did. So I simply said ok …I bet I never get the coupons.

Employees never pay attention to anything mess up orders, ignore people at the front desk, even walk past and not say something to someone who is still working. Had to go get my own cup for my drink because no one will pay attention. 15 an hour is too much

Always forget to give us food. Charged extra for sweet tea and they were out of it. Terrible service. Worst McDonald’s.

I always go through the drive through. Most folks that wait on me are very nice, but some are blah and mess up my order.

First they gave my order to the lady in front of me and I could clearly see her and her german shepherd pull out the food, feeding her dog fries while she waited on her ice cream then handing back my food. Then they handed me the same crumpled bag after . When I said to the girl I didnt want it cause I seen the lady go through it. She got mad and said she gave her the wrong order. I had to tell her who I work for in order for her to take the bag. I then watched as they took the food out and put it in a new bag and gave it to me. I DID NOT eat it. And explained to the girl why you dont do that.
