Floors were sticky, hardly and meat on French dip and the beef and cheddar had so much sauce on t the meat wouldn’t stay on sandwich which made a huge mess. The cashier was friendly and the food was out fast. Restrooms dirty.

We ordered online but their shake machine was down but the website still allowed us to put in that request.
Upon arriving at the store I was told the machine was down which was fine, but to compensate us they gave us 2 medium sized drinks which were $2 each while the shakes I paid for were almost $5 each. That was about an $8 ripoff smh.

Tasty food and clean restaurant. But a cashier (Rachel or Mitchel she said her name was) was cleaning the table next to me which I don’t mind but I know this isn’t supposed to be encouraged due to FDA. The issue was the profound smell coming from either her or the cleaning solution. I asked for a to-go bag and I smelled the same musky smell meaning this cashier had on soiled clothing or didn’t wash her hands after handling this strong odor solution. Almost surprised it wasn’t left on the bag for me to take home.

is not worth the menu price of $5.69. I ONLY ordered this sandwich because of the 2 for $5 coupon that came in the mail. My husband got the CLASSIC CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH is something I wouldn’t buy again; even if I had a coupon for it.

I was rushed placing my order. Customer service was horrible. I purchased a salad and a sprite, I didn’t eat or drink either. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting for a long time. The chicken looked like it was just thrown on top. Terrible experience.

Went to this location last night and ordered a chicken ranch sandwhich, got home took a bite and the chicken was raw inside. I live about 20 minutes from this location so I did not go back. It made me sick to my stomach biting into and chewing raw meat!!!! I would have given it no stars if possible. I will not go back to this location! How do you not cook the chicken??? Isn’t it on a timer???
