My son and I went on a Friday evening at about 5. The place wasnt full and the atmosphere was welcoming.
I ordered the grilled chicken and shrimp pasta. It was very salty and took away from the taste. It was very difficult to eat. The waitress said that the chef could fix it. When I received it, it was less salty. I think its the sauce that contributed to tje saltiness.
My son ordered the 2 seafood(shrimp and crab) boil with the curry coconut sauce. He really did enjoyed it.
I would have given 5 stars if the pasta wasnt so salty.
I would revisit but I wont be ordering their pasta.

Initially I thought the food was a bit pricey but it’s worth the money. We were seated right away but the wait to order and then the food 1hr which they did tell us. The music was good too.

Lucky Crab in Kingston, Jamaica was a huge disappointment. Let me start by saying the food itself was actually great flavorful and well-prepared. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The service was absolutely atrocious. Our server seemed completely untrained and overwhelmed, offering little to no guidance or attentiveness. After placing our order, we were left sitting for well over two hours waiting for our food, with zero communication about the delay. No one came to check on us, no updates, no apologies, and no one bothered to ask if we wanted drinks, refills, or anything else during that painfully long wait.
For a restaurant that charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Dining here felt like we were forgotten entirely. Great food doesn’t excuse neglectful service, especially when customers are paying top dollar.
Unless major improvements are made in staff training and customer service, Lucky Crab simply isn’t worth the price or the frustration.

Great atmosphere and the food was good too. Our server Toni-ann displayed exceptional customer service! She was very attentive to us and keen on the details to the point of remembering our drink and appetizers the following week we came back. Big up Toni Ann! We will be back.

Very disappointing pre valentines day dinner on 2/13/26. Ordered a crab boil and drinks. Waited over an hr and no food or drinks (not even water), waitress dissappear and have to go looking for her. 20mins later she brings us a cold metal bowl of what looked like slop. The sausage was really a cut up hot dog, the sauce was repulsive and cold, and it definitely ruined the night and vibe. Would never recommend to anyone.

Worst experience on valentine’s day.
Reached mins after 9,then have to waited to be seated, after our order was taken we waited for our water and had to ask for it more than 3 times, we had to get up from our seat to go get the water. We waited for almost 2 hours for our food. Here the worst part the when we got the food the food was cold!!!!! And look like it was shared and put down. My son start get allergies after start eating. Not even that I order 2 stem fish and the lady carry 1 fry and 1 steam SIGH!!!.

Great tasting food good service in an aesthetic environment. Clean tidy and health conscious.
We received a warm welcome on arrival and were seated promptly. Our orders were taken without any extended delays. When the food arrived it was a pleasure to look at and was delicious. It is on the pricier side but I think worth it. We dined for a quick refuel on a Tuesday night. Music was playing with a small amount of diners dining. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice culinary evening out
