My family and I love the Hot N Juicy on Eastern. The food is always amazing but the staff is better! Tristan has great customer service and is very personable! He definitely made me feel welcome and it doesn’t hurt that he shares the same name and birthday as my son. Special shout out to Theresa and Mykesha who kept checking in on us. We will definitely be back.

Fast and friendly service. Perfectly spicy food! Shrimp was perfectly cooked. The andouille has an extra kick. Fried catfish was great, a was the red sauce and tartar for dipping. Don’t wear for fancy clothes or a long sleeve shirt. It is perfectly messy, contained by bib and gloves.

Hot & Juicy Crawfish Cajun Restaurant has a great menu selection and more than just seafood! Ain’t gonna lie I go for the Deep Fried Baskets, For Play (Appetizers) and the Teasers. My go to’s are: The Deep Fried Catfish fried extra crispy with Seasoned Fries/Fried Calamari/Crispy Pork Skins/Corn Nuggets/Bowl of Rice/6 pc Sausage in Lemon Butter. I do find the Garlic Butter baby spice is still on the spicy side for my taste. Friendly staff. Val was our server and took great care of us! Much appreciated Val. This location is definitely worth checking out and it does get busy at times but the wait times aren’t that bad.

To sum up HNJ from a first impression glance, you find yourself inside a warm space with design features akin to a New Orlean’s tavern. The atmosphere is pleasing to the eyes and the air is rich with the smell of seafood, garlic and herbs. The staff are punctual, personable, and quite pleasant to strike up a conversation with.
The food, understandably costs a pretty penny since shipping ocean critters to the Nevada desert is not an easy task. However… where its price point lays, is where its quality exceeds.
The inhouse special flavor, a zesty combination of cajun flavor, garlic aroma and a cirtus after-punch, is stimulating to every sense imaginable. For bonafide seafood enthusiasts, to pass up. I will be back, and I’ll be sure to arrive hungrier than last time.

Hostess was kinda shady but once we got our waiter everything else went smoothly. The food was delicious. Mild seasoning was very hot but they gave me butter to tone the spiciness down. The food, soju drink and margaritas were good…..came hungry left full and sleepy

I’ve had a food blog across the nation for 8 years and I’ve been to almost all the hot and juicys I can find….this one by far my favorite. I was greeted upon entering by Mykesha and Tiana and Mikey took care of me during my stay. This team is well put together. Full of professionalism, strong work ethic and you can tell they love their jobs. Employees like these come from great management. I had the chance to meet the manager as well. The food you can fix and with seafood it’s not always the restaurant’s fault….the live crawfish and shrimp heads were PERFECT!!!!

Every time I come here, I leave extraordinarily satisfied. Staff all around is attentive (and not overbearingly so, literally right there when you need them). We had Zach the last time we came, and he was awesome. Right there for everything we needed, refills right at the perfect time, anticipated our needs before we know we needed them, he’s amazing. Great location, amazing food, and i always leave so happy.

Tristan! I have an almost three year old and she likes to talk, but Tristan sat down to really make her feel heard. I appreciate that so much. Of course that he paid attention to my daughter, but more so that he takes the time to include. Aside from that, he was down to earth, and informative with the food selection and just attentive to the max. Big kiddos!
