Worst experience of my life. My children were hungry so I came through the drive though. I ordered 2 number nine… one frappe one sweet tea. Then ordered a biscuit and gravy meal with a sweet tea. 2 breakfast burritos and hash brown with a cup of ice. I repeated myself several times. I received half of my order and it was just thrown in my to go bag like trash. I took it inside and got disrespected….. and charged again FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Still received half of my order, it was wrong, and left. Called and the manager was even rude to me until I told her I will be calling the next on shift manager because I was sweet n respect at all times.pay for my gas to come back and for your paid workers to be lazy and disrespectful! Even when I walked out the manager said why is this on the screen???? Welp cuz as u can see she charged me again have a nice day! And I walked out. So awful!!! Never felt so disrespected in my life as a customer. U should be proud when people want to come to your establishment! Done! Don’t go there!

I don’t know why I even tried. This mcds is always slow and a disaster at service. But I was in a hurry so I ordered on ap while getting gas to ease the long wait this store always has. It still took exactly 20 mins. Order placed 632 received 652. I stood there waiting. No one acknowledged me. A man came in, tried to use kiosk, tracked down someone to take his order, took forever ordering…. His food was ready the same time as mine. Finally my bag and his were called and employee walked away. I still didn’t have a cup for drink I ordered. I stood and waited at counter…. Stared at manager… Waited… Eventually I got my own cup. I already waited 20 mins for food …not going to wait another 20 for a cup! While filling my drink manager comes out with 2 employees to confront me in getting my cup. Funny… No one saw me standing… waiting… No one had time for customer service… But everyone is available to confront me over a cup I paid for. When I explained I stood waiting… My food took 20 mins .. I still stood waiting for cup… Was there an apology? Anything? Nope! As I left the store and employee said “have a good evening.” Manager never said a word.

Stopped in on a roadtrip as many people may be doing due to the location of this McDonald’s. To start we went in to order because we needed to use the restroom & wanted to wash our hands. Restroom was clean and the restaurant inside, also clean.
We ordered via the self ordering area. Our food came out within 10 minutes & we were on our way. As we were driving we began to eat, but the food was subpar (even for a fast food place). It was just very oily, and didn’t seem fresh. The oil they’re deep frying the fries in may be dirty (not sure) I just know the fries should be golden not that color. I didn’t end up finishing my Spicy Chicken because it just wasn’t good & the bun to chick ratio was messed up. My husband’s burger was so greasy it leaked through the box onto my bag.

2/9/26 4:30 pm I stopped here. Mobile order was ready when I got 2 the store . I requested fresh fries the manager and guy on front were very nice about it. Thanks McDonald’s for service without the attitude.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It took them 30 minutes to get me my order. I decided to eat in instead of get it to go. At least four people came in after me and got their food before me because they did To Go. I asked for ketchup and they said ketchup was over at the bar which it wasn’t. That was the whole reason why I asked the worker if I could have some. I got a hamburger with no mustard and there might be 10 specs of onion on it and one sad pickle. The workers also had a terrible attitude. Truly terrible McDonald’s.

Never been more grossed out! Just got done eating a basket of fries and there was a big cooked bug laying at the bottom of the basket and of course after we had eaten just about all the fries. Very disgusting and upsetting, will not be going back!

Woman at the drive thru was very rude. Asked if I was using the app I said no. Then nothing. I said hello 3 times then she said go ahead with your order whenever you are ready. Told her my order then drove to the window, she didn’t even say hello or how much my order was. Gave her my card and she handed it back without receipt or saying thank you have a nice day nothing! The worst!

We stopped on our way home from vacation to grab a quick bite to eat and use the restrooms. Sadly at that point of time, the business had a strong smell like someone had gotten ill throughout the building. The restroom was dirty as well. While we waited in line, we saw the patrons ahead of us bring back drink cups stating that they were given to them as a mistake but instead of throwing away the cups that had been handled by the public, the employee at the registered stuck them back on the new cups and handed them out to the next person who ordered that size of drink. The food was not great but it could have been from seeing the health code violations and the smell that ruined it for us. Staff was friendly, just poorly trained on safe serving. We would not be stopping at this McDonalds again after what we saw.
