I was there today (Monday, Feb 16th at 11:50 am) and went through drive through. Now, normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to today. At the speaker, the worker was clear, concise and had everything ordered quickly and down to a ‘T’ He nailed my order and I could clearly and loudly hear him. I went to next window. They were friendly, the fries were hot, and my order was just right. Great job today to the drive through folks!

Can you guys not decide when kids are playing in the play place that then is the time to come in and start cleaning it? 2nd time I’ve gone there for my kid or kids to play and an employee comes in and start spraying and wiping down the slides and platforms with whatever chemicals while they’re playing. First time was lots of kids; today was just my kid by himself and the employee was going climbing up in there in the play place. It creeped me out so we left. I just wanted my son to have fun for his birthday…

Got my order wrong. I specifically ordered “plain” and “ONLY American cheese” that was on the order sticker on the bag. Got handed two burgers with EXTRA condiments instead. Didn’t check until I was home because I assumed incorrectly that the order was correct. Unfortunately was right before the holiday so they were closed before I could get it fixed.

I just had a really bad experience at the drive thru, I was ordering my food and I told my daughter that she could order her happy meal after me, when I told the Mexican lady ( I don’t know her name ) that now my daughter will tell you what she wants the lady she NO you just have 30 seconds or I will be late because we have specific times for each vehicle. I’m just kinda upset and disappointed.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Besides the 25 minute wait for “fast food” to then have it all be cold and when telling the employee, he gave us a thumbs up .. it might has well have been the middle finger. We came just for the Grinch meal and will never come back, I can promise you that.

Ok look, I’m not one to write reviews. And yes, sometimes this McDonalds has its flaws. But amidst that, there is one man who saves the day with his expertise, brilliance, and passion.

Let’s be honest, McDonalds isn’t know for its flawless food or atmosphere. But this manager Makes it worth going. Me and my friends come here almost everyday after a long day at school. And this guy always makes an effort to make us feel welcome. There was a time my friend had his legs on the table, and he came over and was like “remove your legs please” if we were goons we’d take offense to this. But we were filled with nothing but respect for this man. Because this man stands on business. He doesn’t put up with tomfoolery like that. I don’t yet know his name but he can speak Spanish that’s all I know. Whoever is the boss of this man, PLEASE award him to the best of your ability. Because he deserves it.

I’m sure your employees are probably busy, and I don’t know if drinks are filled by a setting on a machine, but just a suggestion I bet your customers would love a full cup of orange juice.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and had zero patience. While we were at the drive-thru window, we realized we accidentally forgot to order one item. Instead of handling it professionally, a worker who wasn’t even directly helping us started screaming that she would’ve made us go back around. She repeated it four times. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing. Customer service like this makes me not want to come back.
