Went back because the fries were completely cold and they forgot my sauce. Then got back to work started eating me AND my coworkers chicken was raw . Couldnt go back due to work lunch break and already going back once do not go here !!!!

Large family fries .. looks more like a small … exact change or card only at 12:15 … received no receipt … I was not very happy and my bill was 17 dollars for the small fry and two chicken sandwiches

It’s really sad that you can’t patronize certain places because the staff just doesn’t care! I’ve been sitting in line for almost 40 minutes! I arrived at 1045 am because online it says it’s open. Lady comes on the drive-through microphone and tell me I have to move because she on a timer! Silly but okay! I move come back around wait until 11am to place an order. She comes back and ask for a few minutes it’s now 1119am and she says they’re behind and not ready to receive orders yet. So I’m just going to wait to actually see how long it will take to place an order and receive the order. This is ridiculous! Very rude unprofessional service and I’ll just have to not eat Popeyes anymore because who wants to give hard earned money to people that treat you like trash!

I haven’t been to a Popeyes since I lived in Louisiana, so I figured I would give it a shot. I’m really disappointed. I pull in, and there’s a piece of paper covering the drive-thru menu stating to pull up to order. These things happen, so I pull ahead and im prepared for a little wait. When I get to the window, I asked for the #5 chicken tender 3 piece combo, with mashed potatoes and a dr pepper. I was informed at the window that you don’t sell Dr Pepper. I settled for sprite. Which I was then handed in a Popeye’s cup with a Dr Pepper logo on it. I was told to pull out of the drive through, down the street and back into the other side of the parking lot to wait on my food. When I was handed the food, I opened the box and noticed i was given seriously sorry excuses for pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and no biscuit. But I guess at least i got the Sprite I didn’t want. I put the chicken on a plate when I got home and realized these arent tenders. I was given chicken jerky. I tried biting into 3 pieces before i realized that all of it was paper thin, dry and old. Is this acceptable to you @popeyes

I’m guessing customers can forget about customer service at fast-food establishments in certain areas. I pulled up to the speaker. The order taker was having sidebar conversations with co-workers. She didn’t give me my total amount at the speaker and said you pull up. At the window, I was given no total amount and after paying, I had to ask for a receipt twice. I received no smiles or a thank you for coming. The food pictures explain themselves. Dry not fresh fries or chicken and child size small as if the heat lamp shrunk them from sitting under it too long.

Listen I love to see an all black staff, but we got to do better. The service is next level terrible, you walk in they act you’re inconveniencing them just by walking, no smiles, no welcome, then they ignore you until they are ready to take your order. I understand being under staffed but you communicate that to your customers , and you treat your customers like they matter.. If your corporate and you see this Send HELP cause they need it. and please do some more training on customer service.

I wish I could rate this as no stars. Staff is very rude. I frequent the Mentor Popeyes and that store has really turned around considering they were terrible just a year ago (last I went). If it is the same owner why does he have some stores that are much better than the others? Euclid, Maple Heights, Carnegie all suck… wait in line for 45 minutes and you will be lucky if your order is right and if it’s not cold or raw. Such a shame!

This Popeyes is the worse. They just need to close this one down. They food is always cold nothing is ever hot. Smh I would def b going to Mr chicken next time. No condiments. Got cold food but had to wait. lol do better Popeyes

Ordered one spicy breast and a sandwich. The breast was dry like it was sitting all day (excellent when fresh-ish) They must have been out of sandwich patties because it took forever.
