Tonight I placed a mobile order and had a positive experience. I’m not sure if the ladies name that worked the drive thru between 4:35-5:00 but she was extremely friendly. She also put my large order in a large plastic bag without me asking and it made it a lot easier to carry inside and it didn’t fall out all over the car. During the holiday season a lot of people aren’t super friendly but she was great. Please acknowledge her and the rest of the staff. Also order was correct and delicious.

For months I’ve been marking this place as in the wrong place and Google Maps rejected my revision report EVERYTIME. No less than 10 times. Well guess who was right Google Maps. ME. Bitterness aside, let’s continue onto the review!
This is the single greatest Taco Bell, I have ever been to in my life. First off, this place does something that no other place does in Kingsport TN short of Gas Stations which be open early. They open at 7 AM and they close at 3 AM. Needless to say, if you have the late night munchies and have no where else to go, come on down to this Taco Bell. They day I discover that Taco Bell opened at 7 AM I was pleasantly surprised because they used to open at 10 AM like all the other stores.
Now let’s talk about the food. Now a days, most all fast food places have the same issue. They DON’T make their food fresh. They give you some crusty dried up piece of food that’s been sitting on the counter for like hours. They hand it to you expecting you to eat it. How many places do this? Well luckily I’ve reviewed most of those place.
The places who pull this practice are and are not limited to:
McDonald’s (4300 West Stone Drive)
McDonald’s (201 Silver Lake Drive)
Subway (2500 West Stone Drive)
Sonic Drive-In (2308 West Stone Drive)
Little Caesars Pizza (800 Stonegate Road)
Little Caesars Pizza (1649 East Stone Drive)
Needless to say, you should NEVER hand your customer not fresh food. The fact we customers have to specify we want it fresh should signify the problem.
When it comes to this Taco Bell, all their food is fresh! When I go to the Taco Bell, for awhile there I was getting the same thing. 3 Soft shell tacos with only meet and cheese and a drink. And every time they served me, I could taste the freshness. Never once was the soft shell dried out. Never once was the meat not fresh or piping hot. Never once did the cheese lack freshness. That’s what I like to see!
As of recently, I learned about the Cinnabon Delights which come in a package of 2 or for about $6, you can get a 6 pack. These bite sized delights are to die for! They’re like a Cinnamon Bun you would expect from the Cinnabon name. Loaded with that cream and cinnamon sugar flavor you know and love. BUT it’s like a bite size munchkin you would get from Dunkin Donuts preventing your hands from getting sticky! Just to try it, I bought two. I immediately fell in love with it and have to get a 6 pack of them. Then the next day, my order permanently changed to 2 soft shell tacos with only meat/cheese, a 6 pack of the Cinnabon Delights, and a drink.
Unlike places like McDonalds where they only start serving lunch after 10:30 AM, when Taco Bell opens, they will serve you ANYTHING on their menu. Not only is their food fresh, but it’s inexpensive if you live on the Poor Man’s Diet due to how expensive everything in the world is these days. Whether you order online, have Door Dash deliver to you, Dine In, or go through the Drive Thru, this Taco Bell will not disappoint you with their excellent customer service. In a world with Fast Food places who don’t give you fresh food, this Taco Bell is a shining light in a world of darkness 5 outta 5 stars!

The people are okay that work there. But they talk to each other they don’t go out their way to talk to their customers. Then they don’t ever offer you any hot sauce or anything like that you have to tell me they will not give you anything unless you tell them and I don’t think that’s right you should get on back there ever talk of each other instead of having to ask for it because I’ve got like 10 tacos no one to 12 but 12 tacos and not one sauce in there and we had already left I mean it’s the only common courtesy but 10 packs of I would go with the mild but that’s what happened to us they were joking around playing with each other and just shoving it up when there was fast as they could I guess so they can go back playing

I ordered 2 steak soft taco supremes only to be told that this location is yet out of something again as per usual.
Tonight it was no lettuce.
So I said fine, thinking that maybe my tacos would be discounted.
No such luck!
Not only was I charged full price, but upon returning home, I discovered that they left off everything else but steak and cheese!
I tried calling but no one would answer the phone.

Went through drive through and ordered 2 crunchwraps with extra beef and no sour cream and another crunchwrap with extra beef.
What I received is 2 crunchwraps with no beef but plenty of sour cream and the other crunchwrap with no extra beef, very nearly nothing in it. I spent 40 Dollars for basically 3 salads
