Would not even rate one star. These were “nachos”. I specified no diced tomato and no guacamole. I think you guys forgot everything else. Whoever literally boxed this up and put it in the bag needs their head examined. Because who and why.

Behold my “1/2 Caesar wrap” that clearly defines “half” as “half-hearted.”
I did the ol’ pick 2, hoping for a solid lunch, and instead got a tortilla that looks like it fainted mid-wrap. The lettuce is doing its best, the chicken’s playing hide and seek, and the Parmesan is just there, wondering how it got dragged into this.
Honestly, I’ve seen more filling in a toddler’s lunchbox. For what they charge, I expected more than a sad salad cosplay inside a wheat blanket.
One thing’s for sure: my wallet and I will be picking zero from here next time.

Manager and employees were so compassionate and professionally. They recieved a catering order 1 hour before pickup time, and I had issues with online or payment. I did not feel degraded or mistreated for the lack of readiness for them. All exchanges with other customers were lovely too.

So we got there 15-20 before closing time. Ordered our food, sat down to eat and the food was cold. One pizza was ice cold. So I took pizza back being hungry we ate the other too late for attitudes. They took the pizza back over the counter ( even with Covid “touched food”)
Placed it in a microwave in my face. Really then I had to fuss about that. Well long story short kid left hungry and we weren’t happy. Before leaving I decided to complain to the manager and she gave us a coupon. They were ready to get out of that place with closing time on the line. Sad situation.

Ordered 2 baked potatoes and red beans and rice for pickup. $32 for this and couldn’t be more disappointed. Potatoes had very little toppings and were very dry and flavorless.

I have always loved McAlister’s food and have been in the restaurant many times. But recently, due to health reasons, I have been ordering delivery thru Uber Eats. I usually order the potato salad with my meal. The last 2 deliveries, this is what I got. Only 2/3 of a bowl of potato salad. Previously the bowls were always very full. But this is the amount of potato salad that they are now serving. Very disappointed with McAlister’s!!

Doesn’t feel great to pull into a parking lot of a busy restaurant and see 4 employees hanging out behind the building and then you go inside and have to wait several minutes for someone to come from the back to greet you so you can pay for over $40 worth of food and when you finally get it and head out the 4 employees are STILL standing out back hanging out while the rest of the employees are inside dealing with lunch rush at 12:30pm!

Tea lovers have to try theirs. Great club and soup combo. Especially like chicken and dumplings. Please bring it back.

I have had issues twice lately where you have to use their app to get a promo. One time it had a use in restaurant option, but the local team could not honor it. The other time tge app would pop up a disclaimer about what is contained in the soup. Local team left helpless be ause they could ot take the order manually and override so we could get the promo.
Many of their locations were going to stop filling tumblers for .99. This location said the will continue filling them. Their was quite an uproar from all of us tumblers owners which were told we would get the reduced price refill as long as the tumblers last. Happy someone heard us.
