Fries were extra hard like potato chips. At 11:45pm I went through the drive-through, got back to my hotel, and noticed the fries were hard as a brick. It was inconvenient to drive back, but I did. I asked for fresh fries, and the manager, Loryn, did not apologize, gave me another batch of hard fries, and didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience.
This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. I am visiting the area, and because of this experience I will never return. I would like to take this further up in management because situations like this should not be ignored.

I’m not used to any amount of customer service at Sonic but Preston was a jolly good fellow, made sure everything in our bag was right, and smiled the whole way. He seemed to enjoy where he works, which is a great compliment to the managers if he is not one himself. My sister made sure I gave him a good review before we left the parking lot.

The burger was cold and I could only eat two bites because it had an unfamiliar taste the best way I could explain it would be it was a nasty little rancid burger. The onion rings weren’t much better, but I did eat all them cause I was hungry. Only thing that was tasted right was my drink but a medium drink of some nasty young rings is not worth $12.99. The only reason I’m even leaving this because two weeks ago I ordered a burger and fries and the burger was shitty and the fries were so hard. It was impossible to eat them, but we all know when you’re eating fast food that can happen but two times in a row no that’s ridiculous. I’d like to think if I took it back, they would make it right but that’s why I picked it up for the convenience not to turn around and drive 5 miles down the road take it back. i’m gonna be a good long time before I eat there again but if I do, I think I’ll eat there so I’ll call them out on the trash when they bring it to me what you got what you got in there good to eat I reckon I’ll have me order them later. I’ll take the Beggs.

We dropped in on our way to the Chattanooga Zoo. We did a mobile order and our orders are always large because we are a family of 5. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Our food was brought out by a kind gentleman. My only complaint is that I paid for extra syrup flavor in my drink and you could tell it had been left completely out of the drink. That is a bit aggravating because add-ins aren’t cheap!!

Food not as good as it use to be ? Very disappointed did not like the crinkle fries at all. The burger was just bland. The coke was really good and my son loved the cheese dog and he liked the chili cheese fries. I would not go back not to just location but sonic period. The girl did a good job on service but the food was to be desired.

Service here sucks in the morning. The manager takes her sweet time bringing out 2 drinks that’s just a large water and medium Dr pepper. Your told your not aloud inside of a sonic but if your dasher it’s obviously okay that a non worker who works for door dash has to come inside to the the order no it’s the car hops place to bring it out to us instead of us going inside, they just don’t wanna bring it out to us cause they are to busy standing around talking and out back smoking

So it was merely a drive through order, however I did sit at the order box a couple minutes before I was able to order. That said they took the order quickly and they were very nice, the women working are also amazingly attractive, I’m definitely giving it a 4.5 only because of the couple minutes of waiting….
