Worker that worked 8-28-25 and around 6:50 (it was a guy) told me it had no sour cream after I told him I didn’t want any, obviously it has sour cream, he rushed us while ordering, asked him for a cup holder but he was too busy talking to his coworkers to listen. No forks or napkins, overall just a bad experience I live by here so it’s my go too I’m very disappointed, if you don’t like your job simply quit !

I’ve been going to this Del Taco for years. I usually drive thru, but I went in this morning to grab some food. I’m really glad I did because, as I was ordering my food, I saw a worker behind the counter moving shredded cheese from one container to another with their bare hands. No gloves, no tool, nothing. I cancelled my order and left. I won’t be going back to this Del Taco again. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll be eating at Del Taco again period. This is extremely unsanitary. Be careful at this place.

Closing time is whenever the manager feels like it – the door will just be locked a half hour or more before the posted closing time ( sometimes, even if customers are still inside, finishing their meals or waiting.)
Food is often good, but unreliable – sometimes fries are burnt or undercooked, and anything pressed in the quesadilla maker can be easily overdone or underdone as well. Be careful to check your order when you are paying, as if they record it wrong, they are unlikely to fix it. Also, check your bag before you leave with a to-go order, as they don’t often fix mistakes long after the fact. This advice was given to me by a manager here.

This is the second time coming to this location and they will not give me taco sauce. They say they have a specific amount throught the day and at night they no longer are able to give any? They have sauce, they just wont give any because management told them not to? What non sense is this. This needs to be corrected and somwone reach out to me about this!

The chips were stale and old and way to salty and soggy and basically inedible. Also, there was random cold chicken looking crisp pieces at the bottom of the food bag after pick up. Service was great at the window and she was very sweet. However, I hope the food safety standards, cleanliness, and overall care is being followed within the kitchen and guidelines. Tried calling the restaurant a few times but no answer.

This is the absolute best del taco I have been to. It never seems to fail in quality and taste. I have been to so many del tacos, NONE of them are as good as this one. 10/10 best damn del taco. Give everybody there a raise.

Please have all employees wear hair nets. This is unacceptable to have a hair in my burger because that is very unsanitary and gross even besides that the burger looked like someone stepped on it and it had sloppy presentation.
