The management here is rude and lazy. They are stationed as the expediter (assembling the order and handing to drive through or directly to customer at front counter). Here’s a picture of what they all do. Standing there texting as the orders (the white on the monitor next to them) that haven’t been served grows. You can see all of the food that is ready to go just sitting there….SMH

The qaulity of food obviously is disgusting . However even more so disgusting is the racism i experienced at this location (military trail and Okeechobee Blvd) was absolutely disgusting and disturbing to say i was disrespected is and understatement. I had my then 11 year old daughter with me and the Manager who was a black Haitian lady started giving me attitude before I even reached her register to order my food. She then proceeded to lie directly to my face telling me they did not sell apple juice which was an obvious lie then when i asked for milk instead she again lied to my face and said these exact words “all we have is sprite and coke ” bieng a father of 2 special needs children I was already beyond furious with the clear racism my daughter and I were experiencing, however i am a child of God and choose to react in a way that woukd bring shame to my Christian faith. So then i said ok id like 2 water’s. She’s getting furious with this entire encounter she then smiled with a smirk the devil himself would have endorsed and said that will be a upcharge 80 cents per water!! I agreeed for the sake of arguing and just wanted at this point to leave this hostile environment. However after getting my food my daughter said “Hey dad our drinks’ so she ran back to the nice spanish lady who was getting our waters out if the fridge where my daughter seen the fridge was stocked to the brim with apple juices. I skipped the line went back to Manager and demanded my money back along with my 2 apple juices. My daughter was super embarrassed and i was furious with what had just happened. While getting ready ti get on our bike and leave the man i cut off in line came up to us this i hadn’t anticipated at all rather then get rude or have something negative to say he congratulated me and told my daughter she had an amazing but rare father

That day i almost lost hope for people but that random man chose to come out and not stay silent but on the contrary he spoke words of truth while boasting me to my already very shooken and embarrassed daughter.

I wouldn’t give it a single star for service. I’ve been a frequent customer since it reopened, and they’ve never had the strawberry milkshake available, or they don’t want to prepare it. One day I asked why, and the only answer I got from a brunette girl was that it wasn’t her problem.

This location has really improved. Ordering is quick and easy with the touchscreen kiosks, which are kept clean and convenient. Even without a cashier, the process feels smooth, and the staff is still polite and welcoming. The food is consistent with McDonald’s standards, and the place is tidy and comfortable you can sit and enjoy your meal without worry. It’s clear management is working to make the restaurant efficient while still keeping prices reasonable for a good burger place. A solid spot to grab a bite!

I don’t usually leave any feedback but this place has messed up my order so many times I’m tired of it. I understand a mistake sometimes but they legit got every single order wrong tonight. 2 adults and 2 kids meals and all of them were either wrong or missing a bunch of stuff. I’ll go out of my way to go somewhere else for a quick meal with the kids because of how crappy their service and they can’t get a single order correct. Also it doesn’t help that we sit there for 10 minutes waiting for food every time. If you are going to make us wait for 10 minutes, at least get order right. Tired of this damn place

Placed a mobile order for 4:30 AM on 01/13/2025 Arrived and employee was rude and claimed they were closed, I asked how to proceed with mobile order and she told me I would have to wait a while for her to set everything up.
Around 5 AM we get our food and the steak egg and cheese had raw steak as well as our chicken biscuit with raw chicken (see photo).
Employee claimed we could not get a refund or replacement meal since they were eaten. Obviously we would not have eaten them had we known they were raw lol.
She then proceeded to get extremely rude, closed the window, and walked away. Personally, if you cannot understand why serving raw meat is not ok, you should not be cooking food. I hope corrective action is taken, but I will not be returning either way.

Lil Girl taking orders at the window is extremely rude for no reason.. shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to talk to people … telling me rudely to move … you can ask me to drive to the next wind and would be gladly too but not When you tell somebody to move What is wrong with people these days?

I was given a chicken sandwich that was completely raw, when confronting the employee they said there was nothing they could do and to got out of the drive through.
