There were only a few customers when we arrived. Every table was dirty. We had to grab a stack of napkins to wipe down our own table. It was very cold inside. The bathroom was dirty. The food took a long time to arrive. We ordered dine-in, but they brought it to us in a bag. Overall very disappointing.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. The floors in the back had old fries and wrappers smashed and kicked to the side, just out of the main walking path. The dining room also looked like it had not been wiped down in quite a while.
This McDonald’s is attached to a gas station, which was noticeably much cleaner. Honestly, we should have eaten there instead.
We ordered at the kiosk on a Sunday at 1:44 PM and did not receive our food until 2:08 PM. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, definitely not hot and fresh. The workers moved around like zombies and did not seem to care about their jobs or the work environment. The manager on duty did not appear to have control of the station or crew. Everyone kept their head down focused on a single task, and no one seemed to be multitasking.
I do not expect five-star service from McDonald’s, but I do expect basic cleanliness and hot food. This location delivered neither, and the 20-minute wait was excessive.

No orange juice a few minutes after 10 and “I’m not sure what happened but I can’t do orange juice” = Mcdonald’s needs another breakfast beverage because why do you expect people to come without serving a drink? Serving no fit drink is laughable. (Even if it is the machine) Re: their reply – Google maps is a place for customers to talk to customers, not the business. Info you choose to deal with should be dealt with on here, not some other platform.

Typical McDonald’s, expensive and quick but not very good. When did McDonald’s change their chocolate chip cookie prices? I use to buy an order of cookies and they were 3 for 99 cents. Now they’re 99 cents each! That’s insane. Here’s my one little cookie for 99 cents. Every few years I break down and eat at McDonald’s and every couple of years I’m surprised and disappointed all over again.

Drive through was incredibly slow. Double lanes for servixe and still slow and backed. Still managed to mess up a single sandwich order and they are out of the new released meal. One of the screens to order was shorting out and couldnt read half the menu. Reason why this one continues to have bad reviews and do nothing to improve. Year ago same thing when I passed through except we at inside and they brought us wrong tray of food and then gave use double order by accident. This is reflection of leadership and quality management.

I’ve been coming to this location for 20+ years, I’ve made hundreds of orders over those years, I can count on one hand how many of those orders they’ve got right, even the simplest of orders are done wrong. There aren’t a lot of guarantees in life, but this McDonald’s getting your order wrong is an easy lock

Can you believe that they were out of ketchup.. who would have thought! The service was pretty good, the food came quick, the food and everything else seemed just fine. Time will tell if there’s any issues, since the review score was so low. This is the first McDonald’s before getting into Des Moines Iowa so I guess it gets a variety of traffic.

Angie specifically is awful. Take her off of headset, or fire her really, if you ask to order a double cheeseburger she will say “we don’t have those you want a McDouble” sorry I don’t frequent enough to know there’s a difference, it’s not that serious Angie just ring up the burger

If Mc’D’s corporate is wondering why sales are down look no further than this location. Order was wrong after being placed on a kiosk. Others were coming in from the drive through because their order must have been wrong. Some people walked out because no one would take their order. No refills on drinks, no drink fountain at all. Won’t be long before places like 5 Guys and Culver’s will finish off Macs.
