Stopped in for dinner with family. First off inside the door I was greeted with a trashy look. Trash can was overflowing. Floors needed cleaned. Didn’t look like there ever mopped. The tables were all dirty. And the place was a pig stye. Restaurant needs a good cleaning. Looks to be under poor management. And low quality service and staff. We not eat here. We walked out. Lazy staff that all needs replaced. Or maybe asked to clean up this place. I will not eat in a restaurant that’s uncomfortable with trash and messy tables. Even the table top on one table was unsafe. And just setting there. At an angle ready to fall in the floor. Don’t go here for your next meal! Until the state health department comes!

On Sunday February 1st I got White Castle in Somerset KY. I was there around 8:30is or 9pm, I ordered a sack (10) of burgers with cheese, no pickle, extra onions. I ended up getting food poisoning, I was sick for 2 days after eating here. The service was shitty, I waited in line & at the window for approximately 20 minutes, when I got to the window, they was playing LOUD HEAVY METAL music, and just did not appear very sanitary. I should have went with what my gut was telling me, and got a refund. I contemplated doing so, after waiting so long behind another car for 20 minutes.
I just want others to know about my experience in hopes getting food poisoning, doesn’t happen to them. I will not eat at this location ever again. I’ll drive the extra miles and go to Richmond KYs White Castle before ever going here again! I hope they get some workers that know what cleanliness is, and respect for customers also. Have a blessed day!

I would give you a negative star but it won’t let me. The burgers were nothing but mush. Ordered a 20 pack and all of them were beyond soggy, almost liquified. The fries were cold and not a drop of salt on them. Waited in line for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. Extremely disappointed!

I am visiting my daughter at college and noticed a white castle and made a beeline for the drive-through. I am originally from Chicago and have not had white castles in years! I’m driving from Florida so this was so worth it! Yes, I got heartburn, yes, I knew it before hand. Yes, I didn’t care!IYKYK everything taste exactly how I remember it, I love it! I bought a large onion ring and couldn’t finish it, but I didn’t care. I just wanted to make sure I had my fill! I will definitely try to drive back and have white castles one more time before head back to Florida, but it is an hour away from my daughters college! Totally worth it, great staff, food was hot and delicious!

We don’t have White Castle restaurants in South Carolina. We love White Castle and always eat here when we have a chance. The counter worker and cooks were awesome. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the sliders!

I don’t know what has happened lately but I have to say something has completely bottomed out at White Castle. The food has went from decent down to barley eatable within the past year or so. It’s got to the point that I made myself eat what I had bought just so I didn’t waist the over priced food and have to feel bad both ways. I really don’t know what they changed but it’s definitely lowered everything about what White Castle was supposed to be about. The burgers are so tasteless now and the fries well good luck on those. Hopefully they can come out of the slump there in soon before it shuts down.

Has got to be longest I have ever spent in a drive through today. 45 minutes waiting in line with only 5 vehicles in front of me. It has been a year since I’ve eaten here, will be a year or two before I attempt it again.
Edit: gave them a second try. Ordered at the order menu in drive through. Was nice and responsive. She said pull around. I pulled to first window where I saw someone. Then after a minute she walked away. Never saying anything. 5 minutes later I pull to second window and was thinking I was at wrong window. No one acknowledged me at that window either. I only have a 30 min window to eat lunch. You guys might want to at least acknowledge the customer at the window and not leave them hanging. So I pulled off and went to Zaxbys for lunch.
