Horrible food quality everything is old. Why do the tortilla chips taste like the cinnamon twist. How old is the oil? Do they ever change the oil to fresh oil? It’s only February and the oil is old so did yall not change it in the new year? I hate paying for bad quality food. I asked for fresh fries willing to wait and they give me old fries. I ask again please for fresh fries and they say those just came out. Yeah right.

I would have to say this Taco Bell site is getting worse. I went there tonight and was missing something from my order. I went back thru the drive and instead of giving me what was missing, he put extra tissue in place. It was rude and wrong. Almost throwing the bag at me. I just left. Karma is the best in place. In my opinion, this site needs to close. This is not the first given horrible service. If you hate your job find something else. Don’t ruin things for others because your hate your position. I will never go back to this site and I encourage others to do the same. Only this site is where I encounter the worse service.

I’m actually shocked at how good the service was better than by my house in the SFV here by Patrice C. She is friendly, fast, efficient and doesn’t miss napkins or hot sauce. The food was made good too! Great team!

Took my son to the movies and afterwards he wanted Taco Bell. Great that it’s a movie theater in the same parking lot of the movie theater. He wanted to try the new chicken nuggets and the jalapeño honey mustard. He said they were GREAT!!!

I walked up to pay for my food and lady walked away with no acknowledgment.. she didn’t say one moment I stood there for an additional 4 minutes just to pay for my food! Patrice was the only person who held good customer service. I come here at least three times a week!!! And the night crew is even worse!! Definitely will be the last time!!!

I will never spend another penny of my money in this Taco Bell!!! The customer service here is absolutely horrible!!!

I watched as an elderly African-American woman and an African American man struggled to order at the kiosk, and the woman working the drive thru was extremely short tempered with both of them.

I asked the manager if the woman was maybe having a bad day, or is she always this short tempered with people, and she responded “That’s just how she is.” This person works in the Food service industry where she works with the public, if she doesn’t have good interpersonal skills, this is not the job for her, and customers should not have to deal with such impolite behavior.

The name of the cashier on my receipt is Martha M, if this is the person that I and other customers had to deal with, someone needs to speak with her about how she treats people who have a choice of where they spend their money and who they spend it with!!!

Showed up to the drive thru i got home and they got it wrong the lady at the window got mad and I asked if I could get my order corrected and they STILL gave me the wrong order. The lady was very rude from the beginning. All it was, was some miscommunication no need to be rude.

Service wise it’s either really bad or really good depending on who’s taking your order, no middle ground. Food wise is what’s to be expected from a taco bell. I recently ordered a tostada salad bowl and, for lack of better words, it’s crap. You want a good tostada bowl? Go to Pollo loco.
