If I could leave a negative star I would. DO NOT waste your hard earned $$$ here.
I ordered a spicy chicken strip sandwich combo at 3:30 pm( My first meal of the day)The fries were seasoned great but we’re from lunch time. So hard I couldn’t even tear one in half. The chicken sandwich was scorching hot through the bag. I thought well, atleast my sandwich is fresh…WRONG!!! The sandwich had steam coming off the bag. I took off the top bun to let it cool, the lettuce and tomato were ruined, wilted, soggy from the heat. the bun itself was getting tough as it cooled.. the tale tale signs of a sandwich being warmed in the wrapping. The chicken strips were also tough. Mind you, I haven’t eaten yet today, have spent almost $10 on food and decided I could endure it.Took one bite of my sandwich and had to toss the whole thing in the trash.The only good item from this purchase was the Medium Dr. Pepper. Money wasted. Trust issues with this Dairy Queen are 1000% and still hungry.

I ordered the double flamethrower as it comes fries cheese curds and a snicker blizzard. Food was brought to our table. It was fresh and hot. I was able to get my ice cream after I ate so it didn’t melt. Friendly staff as well.

Blizzard- delicious! They put in a lot of mixings with the ice cream- more than they do at ANY Texas DQ- much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed!

I had not eaten food at Dairy Queen in many many years, I got a burger and onion rings and a blizzard and I don’t recall any other place in town tasting that good. I’ll definitely be back!!

This particular restaurant was very welcoming. One staff member in particular named Jamie, has always gone above and beyond. She as well as her employee’s were very kind concerned, and attentive. The food was always good, the atmosphere was great and the cleanliness was also very welcoming

I’ve only frequented this restaurant a couple of times. Today about 330pm for dessert after late lunch. Went from mediocre to worse. Ordered 2 large malts – what was received after a long wait were cups of a watery substance. I turned them down and they were remade. As we got them to-go, we drank them in the car. Though not as runny as the first effort, there was very little chocolate/strawberry taste and were not mixed. We asked for the whipped topping and received the tiniest squirt of topping I’d ever seen. Certainly not like their advertisement photos on their walls! A woman with children ordered after us and received her order before us. The staff seemed friendly but unknowledgeable and kept making excuses about the ice cream machine? As a former food service manager, I also noticed the sanitation in the facility appeard lacking. The floors were slippery like a film of grease was on it. Not only unsanitary, but dangerous especially for elderly and/or handicapped. Not sure what to think of the 5 star reviews by “Local Guides?” This Dairy Queen location is historic as one of the first (if not THE first) Dairy Queens. What a shame it’s been reduced to such a low level of substandard service and product quality. May go back to see if anyone takes this wake-up-call to heart and ups their standard to reinvigorate this landmark restaurant. Shameful right now…

I came into this location a couple weeks ago. It was around 7:00-7:30 or so. When I walked in I saw one person at the drive through window sitting in the floor on his phone. I heard a couple people in the back but no one ever came to the front. After about 5 minutes of waiting and the guy looking down at his phone never once looked up. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
