Ordered curbside… I noticed after sitting there for a few mins that there’s only 2 curbside spots so I don’t know if they don’t really do this anymore? After waiting a few mins after the estimated time I went in to get my food. When i gave her my name, she turned around and grabbed it. So it was ready and just sitting there. I didn’t make a big deal about this because they were busy so I gave them a break. However I got home and realized I had no sauces. I paid for 2 extra. I should have had 4 but I got 0. We should have checked I suppose, but this was very frustrating.
So, in conclusion, I’d recommend probably not to order curbside and to be sure to check your bag if you’re taking it to go

Ion even leave reviews, but these workers gotta be special ed.. I ordered a blue salad. My total came to $10.99. I gave the cashier my Zaxby’s gift card that had a remaining $5.64, and a $10 bill. I specifically asked her to run the rest of the card, and use the $10 for the remaining balance. She returned with my food, no change for me, and she’d charged only $1.98 on my gift card.. Why wouldn’t you just charge the whole card…

Food is still good, but they did some sort of backwards remodel on this location where it looks like a cross between a grade school and an old doctors office. Chairs are really uncomfortable, and I will no longer be going to this location, but driving out of my way to one that has not been turned from A cozy local place into a sanitized bland restaurant.

This is the most worse Zaxby’s in Columbus. The young black female staff have terrible attitudes and haven’t any customer service skills. The toast is just light bread and not toasted. They always forget to put the extra sauces (that you pay extra for) in the bag EVERY TIME!

Did curbside order worth $50. Sat outside waiting 25 minutes longer than estimated time . Walked in to my order sitting on the counter waiting on someone to take it out, with a couple employees standing around doing nothing. Food was cold.

Ordered the loaded ranch fries for my brother and when I we got in the car and drove off he saw that there was hair in the food and immediately stopped eating it. I then turned around and went back to get it redone. It only took 3 minutes and we got the food we drove off again just for my braid to see that there was hair in that one too. I’m now going back to just get a refund on the whole thing and just eat somewhere else now.

Customer service was great but the food quality fell short. There wasn’t a line when I went. My fries were hot, drink was wonderful, but my sandwich tasted old and it was dry. For the dollars spent I expected better. Very disappointed with this visit.
