Waiting for 30 mins after I placed an order in the dining area, still no food. All we wanted was a happy meal and to let my daughter play at the indoor playground. Playground area floors are slippery and sticky from not being clean all the kids socks are black from the filth. Will not be returning, you should not have to wait that long at a McDonalds. Crazy.

This location has good days and bad days. I mostly use the app to order ahead so that I can get in and out… unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen. The staff seems nice enough, but does it change much if I need to get my food and get to work? Eh. I has to update my review. Today they served me hadhbowns and weave. I didn’t order weave or any other variation of hair in my food.

This is the slowest McDonald’s ever. The drive thru is super slow. They are understaffed! Most mornings there’s only two people inside. I have sat in this drive thru for 15 minutes. Not sure why they call it fast food.

I am including my date and time going through the drive thru because I didn’t catch names but I really feel like this woman deserves a shout out! I visited this location on 10/8 around 8:30am. The woman that took my order was so pleasant. Even more so when I got to the window to pay. I let her know how pleasant she was for an early morning! The pick up window was just as nice but the first impression starting with ordering was so nice in a world of so much chaos. She definitely deserves a shout out!

This particular McDonald’s is the most unorganized and unprofessional establishment in the Columbus area. Receipts not coming out on kiosks manager accused us of trying to get free drinks because we didn’t have Receipts from there machines. This place has been a problem for as long as I can remember please people stay away especially if your in a hurry and want a worry free experience. Keep moving

I ordered my meal with a large chocolate milkshake when I got to the window and received my order she handed me a drink. I told her that I asked for a chocolate milkshake. Shake explained to me that they didn’t have any chocolate milkshakes and proceeded to slam the door window in my face. I guess I just got whatever she gave me or decided she thought I needed to drink if I would have known that I would love chocolate milkshake I would’ve canceled my order and went somewhere else. Needless to say I’m pissed.

I have been by this location on multiple occasions in the drive through and have never had my order taken. I leave and there is NOBODY at the window! NOBODY!!! So I just go to CAPTAIN D’s across from them and immediately get what I need. The signs says billions and billions served. The sign outside should say nobody served. We are slow food restaurant. Horrible. I will not be back
