First experience and worst experience at a taco bell. It was late night as I was stopping on my way home after having been at the ER for 5 hours with my oldest kid. First, they shorted me a drink which I caught immediately. My first mistake was not checking my food before I pulled out of line. I did pull into a parking spot to check my food before the 20 min drive home and it’s a good thing I did since HALF my order was missing. I then had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes as the other half of my order got cold. And in the 5 minutes it took me to check my food they ran out of the main ingredient in the food that was missing so I paid for incorrect and cold food.
NEVER AGAIN GO TO ANY OTHER TACOBELL.

First and foremost put a damn human on the speaker in the drive threw. I know this world is going electronic and robots. But it sure wasn’t a robot that balled my quesadilla and threw it in the bag. Along with my cantina chicken crispy tacos. Two tacos in pieces, I needed a fricken fork to eat them. One with melted cheese on the shell. One with cheese just loose in the wrapping..
Better off just going the extra 6 miles to the Clio Taco Bell. Where you at least get a human at the speaker and food is typically a little better there.

I unfortunately can’t recommend this place. The cleanliness was a major concern, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, likely due to poor management. It didn’t feel like a well-run or sanitary environment during my visit.

Went through the drive thru with two cars ahead of me. Ordered with the computer and pulled up and half an hour later still hadn’t moved. I would have left but you can’t. Finally got to the window after 45 minutes of waiting and the woman said not one word to me. Not a hello or a thank you. Literally not one word. Customer service here is the worst I have seen. Do not go here.

The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing the manager told me she couldn’t stop or she would stop making food they’re slow and I will not be back I do not suggest going here

the sheer incompetence of these people is astounding
we ordered 3 boxes 1 beef chalets supreme , 1 chicken( extra 1$) no sour cream, 1 crunch wrap supreme. they threw all of our food into the bottom of the bag no boxes, have is 2 beef chalupas no sour cream so ripped me off for 1$. my wife’s chips are thrown into the bottom of the bag along with 2 orders of cinnamon twists thrown into the bag with sauce and napkins. The food is so greasy. the grease is actually soaking through the papers around the chalupas.

I am not sure why I keep going here but I tried to call numerous times tonight. Ordered the new nachos and a loaded griller and got no griller and no chips for my nachos!! But when they mess up, can’t get ahold of anyway one way. Worst location.

Consistently terrible service and food. The service is terrible because they can’t seem to get the orders right or even properly make the food they sell. It’s seriously bad and for how expensive Taco Bell has become I’d rather spend my money at a real restaurant.
