Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order because I had a specialty order that I could not place on the Kiosks and the manager told me we don’t do orders here you have to place them on the Kiosks. Um no, that’s very unprofessional. What if I was blind and could not work your Kiosks? Then what? Stop being lazy and actually help your customers.

We dined in and it was a busy night through drive thru. There was no time for an employee to take orders at the counter. People were forced to order from the kiosk and some people walked out because of it. The new veggie burrito was delicious- my new favorite! It was pleasantly clean for how busy it was. The lobby was freezing cold. It’s 63 degrees outside at 10pm and it was even colder indoors. Not a comfortable temperature!

I got the nachos gande. They looked good but as soon as I tried to eat them the chips were one big fried grease pile stuck together. There was no way I could eat them. I pulled some of the chips apart and they were soggy dripping with grease! I also found scramble eggs in them! We stopped here on a trip because I needed something to eat with with my medication. We will be stopping there on the way back later in the day to show them what they gave me.

I asked if they had sweet tea and the guy at the speaker said yes, i tasted it, it was raspberry tea. I asked for nachos bell grande and made sure i said only meat and cheese because i am a very picky eater. i open it, it had beans, tomatoes, and sour cream. i also had to re say that i wanted cinnabon delights THREE times because the guy at the speaker “couldn’t” hear me. The guy at the sneaker also was talking very quietly and i couldn’t hear anything and then got rude when i asked him to repeat what he said.

This place used to be one of the best taco bells but it’s gone to pieces. People started quitting/getting fired, lines started getting long waiting over 20 minutes just to order then have your order be wrong/cold/missing items. Found a food prep label in a burrito once, was told “oh, weird” then shut the window.
