Came in through the drive through and my plain cheese burger was not plain. Went out to my car to discover it was still not plain, went back in only to get attitude from the manger on duty.went back to my car to discover that this time it is completely plain with no cheese in my CHEESE burger, so I had to go back in again to get some cheese. And to top it off the manger never offered anything to make my experience better. Very poor customer service skills from everyone on duty especially from the manger. I expect a response back considering I’m a long time customer.

ordered online and still had to wait forever. i ordered a quarter pounder, i get it, but having worked at mcdonalds before it does not take as long as it took them to get me my food to cook it. they send EVERYONE in the drive through to a spot and the only person who actually was nice was the guy who brought out my food. mcdonalds needs to stop worrying about drive through times and worry more about customer experience and service. what is the point of a fast food drive through if it takes 30 minutes. i could see in the window they had a ton of workers there too so its not due to shortage. trust every other recent review from this place and know that if you go here you will be waiting a while for your “fast food”

This has to be the worst run McDonald’s! Went this morning and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru to place an order. Several others were waiting as well and ended up leaving. I drove up to the window and the young kid said they were switching people. Still no reason to not even be greeted on the speaker! Very unacceptable if you ask me!

Sat at the speaker to order food for almost 10 minutes and then drove to the window to see at least 8 staff members and get their attention. After another almost 10 minutes, someone finally opened the window and said that they didn’t know that I was at the speaker. I informed them that there was at least 5 other cars waiting to place orders and asked to speak with the manager. That’s when the manager proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed when I clearly saw that they weren’t. It was beyond frustrating and then to be lied to, that was my last straw so I just left.

The orange juice was watered down today – 1/4/25. I come to McDonald’s frequently to get an egg mcmuffin and orange juice and really enjoyed the orange juice in the past. If you are watering it down to keep the price cheaper, I think you should charge a little more for OJ and get it back to what it used to be.

Always make sure your delivery driver knows if you ordered a drink. Apparently, it is not up to the McD employee to ensure your order is accurate and they will not do anything to compensate you for missing items.

I had made an online order and was not able to get it due their system being down according to the employee. I waited 20+ minutes and nothing changed. I had used points for part of the order and now I’m down money and points. Got tired of waiting and went to Chic Fil A across the street instead. I’ve never once experienced this over the years. Disappointing….

I ordered a dlx mcCrispy. SOMEHOW they added spicy sauce. I requested it to be replaced with a non spicy as i didnt order it. They somehow again messed it up and make it spicy again. It took them a 3rd try to make it right. Otherwise the frys were hot and delicious.
