Ordered thru drive in. Menu too far back. Person needed to talk louder which was requested several times. No sauce given with soft taco supreme. Requested artificial sweetener and person didn’t know if they had any. Spoke specific artificial sweetener such as Sweet N Low, Splenda, Equal. Again, she didn’t know. I requested she ask someone which she did and then handed me two packs of Splenda as requested. Food wasn’t tasty and not worth eating. Not worth the money. Experience was pathetic. Sadly, I was on 1-20 before I realized the food was awful.

Atmosphere felt rushed like the employees just wanted to deal with us and be done. the place was nasty and it felt like as little effort went in as possible from the employees to make the place run. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong (seriously I kid you not, there has not been one time in three years I moved to Martinez GA where they’ve gotten the order correct). For some reason the food in the bag is always half unwrapped and even wet at times making eating and enjoying our meal a soggy affair.
I get you’re graded on drive thru time. But forcing actual customers to a parking lot for easier orders and then leaving them for ten, even twenty minutes, defeats the purpose of why Corporate would track your drive thru times. They want to make sure you’re not wasting Employee times and that you’re capable of meeting orders and expectations. I have to tell you this place IS NOT capable.

I added extra ingredients to the nachos and still receive the smallest portion ever. Don’t ever go to this Taco Bell. You will leave feeling robbed.

These guys (even though I was being a nuisance and later in the closing hours) accommodated and still tried to make a customer happy. I commend them for keeping a great spirit even when they knew I was one of the last customers. They deserve all the praise and I appreciate the commitment to still pushing through the late hours. The whole crew deserves praise and they all deserve raises

Horrible experience I sat patiently and waited for my mobile order and gave them the benefit of the doubt, they failed miserably, any other person would have lost their cool. When I approached the front to figure out what was taking so long on my order I had numerous employees look at me and keep walking by. Trash customer service, took almost 30 minutes for a mobile order and look at the food! They gave me a spoon full of cheese, are you serious guys. You lost a repeat customer

We don’t normally have issues at this Taco Bell. It’s actually my favorite location. Unfortunately though this morning my Mexican pizza came out disappointing. There was a huge pile of dried out refried beans on my Mexican pizza and it just grossed me out to the point I couldn’t eat it.

Young ladies in the drive thru were very professional and kind but whoever is making the food here needs to be fired. Ordered 2 supreme steak soft taco, they even verified that I DID want tomatoes, what I got was a soft shell tortilla, steak, lettuce and cheese….. so I go back through the line to get the correct order…. And then second one wasn’t much better but I guess all the ingredients were there…….kinda.

Ordered through the app , they must have thought that I wasn’t going to be able to taste the difference when they replaced what should’ve been BLACK BEANS with refried beans.. in both of my BLACK BEAN chalupa supremes. Couldn’t even eat it, didn’t even taste right! Did not get what I paid for. Tried to call for a refund multiple times but was left on hold for a long while! Will not be ordering from this location again, would advise you not to either! Wish I would’ve seen the other reviews from this store I could’ve saved 20 dollars.

Wanted to try the new cantina crispy chicken taco, so we went here to get 4. For $3.00 a taco, where’s the chicken? Where’s the filling? Is it just supposed to be an empty shell with cheese on the outside and inside? This is the most under filled tacos I have ever had in my life. If I just wanted to eat the shell I would have bought chips.

I would always check your food before leaving. The associates making the food simply don’t care. Everytime I’ve been here the portions are different. Below is an example. The supreme comes with a dab of sour cream, if any.
