I got large fries among other things but they just give me a tiny cup (2oz) of the cheese dip so I asked for another, the guy at the counter wanted to give it to me but another guy on the back said:
You need to ring it at the kiosk
-if I get small fries, how many cups do I get?
-One.
So, this is large (to share), that’s why I need another one,
You only get one no matter the size
He was so rude, I already paid for a large size, If I knew this I would’ve asked for 2 small. No wonder why this place is so empty on a Saturday night. And the fries weren’t so good, I’m glad I didn’t pay for the extra sauce.

Honestly this place needs to be shut down. They never get your order right and last time I was in there I found a foot long hair in my chalupa. Went back to get it fixed and they said I planted it. Food is hit or miss on being thoroughly cooked. If you want hair in your food or you feel you must take the chance on getting food poisoning this is the place to go.

This is the worst taco Bell I have been too. Been driving 8 hours. Stopped to eat, use restroom. Get inside manager was in men’s room with women’s restroom key in his possession, so waited fifteen minutes to use restroom, another employee had to knock on door a couple times to get key, finally I got to use restroom, which btw was filthy, I did have to wait quite a while for the food, but St least it was fresh and tasted good, than I go to leave. My car is parked right next to door I came in, but when I leave I had to go to door on other side is the building to get out because they locked the door for whatever reason and said it can’t be unlocked from inside. So had to walk around building in the pouring rain, hence the reason I even stopped cause it was pouring out. I would have been better off if I kept driving

So i ordered on the app. I came through drive through. Got my food, drove home. Opened my food up & noticed, my order was wrong. I only noticed one mess up, but turns out there were 2. First, my crunchy taco was supposed to be substituted with “chicken” it wasn’t. So i went to store, told them the problem & they fixed it. Mind you, this is actually the 3rd time this week that this exact store has messed up my order, even my simple orders. So i explained that to the manager, & since i had to leave my house (while my food was getting cold) i politely asked for something “free”. But i asked “could i have a regular fry & cheese sauce for my compensation?” The manager (tall black guy) said “something free?, no.” So i said, “yall really can’t give me a fry & cheese after you guys have literally messed up 3 of my orders this week?! & not to mention my food is getting cold just sitting here going through this with you now.” & he still said “no.” So i said “ok, bet.” Walked out. Got home, noticed they didn’t make my crispy taco AT ALL. Instead they made me a completely didn’t taco or whatever. Just wasn’t what i paid for $34 for. 0/10 experience. I hate this store. Never again.

I made an online order at 10 o’clock. It is currently 11:36 PM. The lady who was supposed to be delivering my order told me to cancel it because of an issue. I couldn’t cancel it So I called the store when they picked up, I said “ I made an online order at 10 and it’s yet to be delivered”
The man on the phone, then proceeds to make a mocking voice and say have a good day, then hangs up on me before I could even get anything else out. I don’t know if it was because I sounded young or he just wasn’t in the mood, but this behavior is unacceptable. Do not and I mean do not order from this restaurant from their app.

I made a mobile order went an picked it up!!! I had three chalupas on my order that was supposed to be no lettuce no tomato!!! They had lettuce and tomato!!!! I go back up there my 17 year old son goes in comes back out with two chalupas the same way lettuce an tomato!!! He goes back in again they give him a chalupa with no lettuce and tomato!!! They just make ur food how they want!!!! I will never eat at this Taco Bell again!!! Very unprofessional!!!

WORST ATTITUDES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I come here often before work for breakfast and try my hardest to over look the managers horrible attitude..my order has not been correct on numerous occasions but not to this extreme..after getting all the way to work I find nothing but bread cheese egg and very little sausage..I call the restaurant and finally got threw after the 5th straight call let them know my order was messed up and it had been several ingredients left out..in the most condescending tone the manager said “sorry you were missing some little potato bites” (which is false more ingredients were missing) in the background I could hear a worker say tell them to bring it back..I replied im at work and can’t bring it back but I took a picture of it..I hope the owner sees this and understand the ppl who are the faces of their business is driving customers AWAY..way to ruin my day..and I’m still hungry..thanks for nothing Taco Bell 3715 Post Rd Indpls
